  1. Dude that's awesome Southpaw! and damn quick too
  2. Just watched the 2nd Mini Series, the Revenge of Cobra for the first time in ages yesterday. If you want to get technical, a dark blue hood on a light blue body would be cartoon accurate. Here's a screengrab I took. and helmeted for comparison RAH001.BMP
  3. Yeah it matters to me when it's going to cost the same as a 1/24 Binaltech and I'm only getting a deluxe sized bot. Plus I like how the BT's and MP's go together size wise and now we're gonna have a new line that's smaller. Wish they would have just kept it 1/24
  4. Allright GobotFool, you were right. Dammit, that sucks. Boo TomyTakara...BOO
  5. Yeah? Did you also notice that the one in comparison pic is different than the one on display? Until someone translates what that says in the comparison pic, i'm not buying the size change yet. FantoFan's description said nothing about it being deluxe sized: Transformers Alternity: a new line, or more of a spinoff from Binaltech but at the sametime includes some of the auto-transform gimmicks from the TF movie toyline, will kickoff end of the year, the first one to be relese would be NISSAN GT-R Convoy, only prototype is currently shown, although price is set at 4725 JPYen, the date of release is not been determined yet. 2 color versions have been planned, Ultimate Metal Silver and Vibrant Red. Once the release has been confirmed, we will initiate the preorder. I'm hoping that image on the monitor is talking about the automorph feature. I mainly just don't want this to be true because 50 bucks for a deluxe sized TF sucks.
  6. eh?? what makes you assume the new BT's will be smaller?
  7. I'm a little disappointed that NOW there's gonna be a Nissan Binaltech. Although the WRX is nice, it would have been rad if Prowl, Streak and Smokescreen were Nissans. Actually come to think of it, it's even more annoying now because they are doing yet ANOTHER Subaru WRX as BT-19 Bluestreak
  8. Well, I guess our Final Cylon pool is going to be postponed for a year Hmmm, so what to think after seeing the finale which makes me think, why are the cylons so hot to get to earth anyway? Don't they have their own planet/territory that they were chilling out at for 40 years?
  9. Picked up max for 30 and the Battlepod for 22 yesterday at Frank and Sons
  10. Thanks for the feedback guys. I've got Prowl, Bumblebee, Lockdown, Starscream, Lugnut and Grimlock on the way from Big Bad. I should have em by next tuesday. Crossing fingers for good QC.
  11. to the people in the LA area, went to Frank and Sons last night and Yoshi had several 21's at 250 each
  12. For those in the LA area, Went to Frank and Sons last night and Yoshi had a bunch of these at 30 bucks each. Seemed to have a good amount of each (19, 21, 11)
  13. Apparently on the Allspark there's a 14 page thread on their forum about problems: Loose Ball Joints Loose swivel/cut-joints Loose hinge Joints Grimlock’s slide-in arm The Allspark - Fixes for TFA Seibertron - Dissapointed with Animated Figures
  14. I've been reading about a LOT of QC issues with the Animated Figures on sites like Seibertron and the Allspark. Those of you who have them already, are you experiencing this?
  15. What's up with Bumblebee's head compared to the other bots? it's like an orange on a toothpick that's a huge noggin. That's a virtual planetoid Has it's own weather system
  16. Firebat with AVAC god, I remember in the 90's reading Lee's and Tomart's for Action Figure/Toy news. Then the internet happened. My how times have changed.
  17. There's something in the text about it being limited to Fan Club membership though? What I'll be interested in is how they compare quality wise to what Anasazi was making. And if Yamato will make decals for the FAST packs. Don't have any of the TV valks sticker sheets to compare, but this set looks like it's for the DYRL valks
