  1. If the cockpit hatch opens, Megahouse Navy Armsuit would be the winner (compared to wave kit). Army Armsuit looks kinda like a Dragonball mecha...
  2. I would love to get VF-1S just so Roy can steal a gunpod from my Hikaru 1J. Convoy gun looks just as good though. That looks like Koto Demonbane. http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYKP-28
  3. Great thing about MacBook is that you can upgrade RAM and HD easily. MacBook Pro still needs quite a surgery to replace a HD. I've done it a few times and man, that sucked. I've always thought laptops should never be used for gaming even though it's not entirely true. Need for gaming just seems to kill longevity of laptops. System requirements for gaming change often, but basic stuff I do on my laptop hasn't.
  4. Too bad we won't be seeing more of M41As(such a legendary rifle) in action, but Alienator looks cool.
  5. Thanks for clarifying. I am starting to see how this thing is going to be. Heh, I've spotted where the magazine says that they didn't do assault pit gimmick. It's not that big of a deal, but Bandai could have done this with their micro-molding technology?? I am not sure I am getting this due to it's size, but if I do, I'd want 'em all.
  6. So, is Black Sarena like GBP armor? Or can Aestvalis dock inside like Baikanfu?? Either way, SPEC is getting a great lineup.
  7. Oh, yes. I did get it backwards. Chirico is the smaller one. Though Chirico doesn't seem to be a big guy, Hikaru can't be that much bigger. I think Chirico has to be a little bit bigger to be 1/48. I've heard that scopedog's cockpit is tight as Garland's.
  8. Thanks for the info. I wanted to see if that's AG-NEXT scopedog, but I guess not. I see that a heavy machine gun is painted though. So it's like somewhere between the original scopedog and the turbo custom. I can't believe Hikaru is smaller than Chirico
  9. Can you tell us if that 1/48 scope dog has diecast feet? Is Chirico is painted or plain plastic? Thanks!
  10. This is a preorder and Stick is still up there for January release. http://www.mpsnet.co.jp/hobbynet/productone.aspx?pno=37254
  11. Yaco points to the new pics of Rei's Mospeada. http://www.mpsnet.co.jp/HobbyNet/productone.aspx?pno=38360 Looks good with attached boxes and a gun arm, though now comes with a stand to hold a big back kibble. And, where did Mint go?? Looks like she fell off from a Mospeada.
  12. Just my two cents... When I traded my PB 12" to a 15". I just didn't feel any appreciative difference. But I also felt 15" is MUCH bulkier than 12". 13" MB's platic chasis makes it lighter to carry too. Metal chasis seems to me less resilient to damages especially around the monitor. Although MB does have improved monitor hinges, you might want to note that I've had monitor problems with both 15" and 17" PBs. If you have budget to buy MB pro, I'd buy a 13" MB and a desktop PC.
  13. Bandai speed grade model kits are fully painted on sprue, and they are cheap. So VV and Reijins could at least be painted, but I may be wrong. I don't see a sky girl on a Reijin, but it might be a wise idea not to do at this scale.
  14. VV is not that big of a model kit considering it's 1/60, so that might explain the price. My question is, is it colored like Gundam kits? I also wonder how big is that transforming Reijin...
  15. I agree. It looks like those toys that come with a piece of chewing gum.
  16. Vic Viper is going to be a plamodel. I would get this if they release one with a game accurate color scheme. What I also hope to get is anything related to Ray Storm.
  17. Although I like the greater feet articulation, it does kind of bother me. It would be cool if hydraulics were spring loaded metal shafts. What really bothers me though is that Brocken comes only with a steel pipe... Shouldn't Brocken come with a Walther MPL submachine gun??
  18. That's a really nice shot of YF-19 gerwalk fighter.
  19. '08BB has been out in Japan. BBTS sold out quickly despite much higher price(getting from ebay is cheaper). Not sure if there are any differences unlike '74BB. Astrotrain would be cool as it's one of the best molds. I wonder though, if megatron has to be pluged... I hope Japanese release would do seekers with show accurate Dirge. P.S. I found an interesting note on that product scan. Sky Lynx mold was somehow ended up in Tomy's warehouse after 80's. Takara-Tomy merge made it possible to do Sky Lynx again.
  20. Just got the idea to repaint Hikaru 1A to Max 1A, so that I can have Hikaru, Roy and Max together. If that goes well, maybe Hayao too.
  21. Masterforce and Victory were actually decent. They were surely better than Armada, Energon and Cybertron(Watching Cybertron at 6:00am was a torture.) Other than that, only ones I liked were G1 and Beast Wars. But the thing is though, I don't necessarily associate TF toys with animated shows. I still liked RID and Cybertron toys despite the fact that I didn't even watch car robots.
  22. I personally don't mind waiting for the Animated TFs as I have more time and money to buy other stuff, especially after all these hard to find movie TFs. Getting Leader Prime and Ironhide made me go for the rest of movie line, so be careful. I finally got '08 bumblebee. This could be the best TF to date IMO. If Takara upgrades this mold and made it like Binaltech that would truly be the "Ultimate Bumblebee."
  23. Return of the Macross Valkyrie Lady!! I know I still have that kit somewhere...
