  1. Its F*ckn on! Wooohooo Roger Roger!! Did a quick inspection real quick and everything seems to be all intact. Could have been 8 but the USPS has the broken on now...
  2. Ugh....will try to transform one of them. Checked the sets from hlj. No broken wings as I look through the flaps. One box has a very small dingon te edge. Surprisingly hlj didn't ship them in Arcadia sealed boxes. i guess to save on shipping.

  6. If someone can get me a wing replacement I will drop the case. Talked to my mailman today and he said take it to post office just in case and see what they can do. I hate going there, line is long as hell

Please do not reship the package. I know what USPS is going to say. There is no damage to the outside shipping box.
  9. So this is ami ami response to my case: Hi, Thank you for the photos. We send our new items in the exact way we receive them from the manufacturer and it's highly improbable that your item was shipped in that state. We think this damage happened during the shipment. As your package was sent via EMS and is fully insured we advise you to file a claim with your Local Post office. Please then send us a copy (scan or photo) of our customer's copy of the damage report (it should have a postal stamp on it-- something to verify that the report has been submitted) so we can forward it to Japan Post for processing. The claim itself is processed by Japan Post but the damage report must first be filed on the recipient's end at their local post office. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for shopping at Ami Ami. Regards, AmiAmi I don't know what the rules are with USPS, but there was no damage to the shippers box plus it was sent EMS and was signed for already. Suggestions?
  10. Thanks Graham. Let me know. I still have not heard from HLJ. I'm just going to request shipping for the cases and if there are broken pieces then away it goes back to them. It would just really save them time and hassle to just check the damn thing.
  11. Ami ami responded and wants me to circle and resend the pictures to show what is damaged. WTF? Isnt it already obvious. Gonna resend pics when i get home today. Im think im done with them. Exclusives or whatever the hell it is. If they give me the se response like mommar. I want full refund. The hell if i lose on shipping but i guarantee you they will lose a few Ks from my wallet. I guess more for the guys who want to order from them. BTW I bitch and moan because unless you are in our position on losing out on a $300 toy, i doubt you'd be having a cool head behind a computer screen. I guarantee you that. Still havent heard from HLJ on possible inspection of the cases, but i hope they reply soon enough.

  14. I'm not that upset yet, because there were other things that came in the mail. But my one favorite bird is broken. Asked HLJ to check all my units waiting in the private warehouse.
  15. So is skullmilitia taking lead on getting this situation cleared up with Arcadia? My one and only order from Ami Ami is looking like this: Piece ended up all the way up here and probably scratched the piece up already before I could even touch it. And Mommar is right its not the shipping. No dents on the box and completely fine. So what I'm not allowed to post this on Arcadia twitter and facebook now? I think I have the right as a consumer to point it out. Damn their reputation if they can't back it up. I'm having HLJ open the rest of my orders to check for anything broken. Unbelievable this thing that's suppose to be solid yet better than the V.1 19 is disintegrating before coming out of the box. Going to email Ami Ami now.
