WooT WooT!! Documentary of a YF19 birth coming out of the box

It is always normal to find something or try to meticulously find something wrong with a good toy and in this case a few have mentioned the problems of the YF19. But can you honestly say to yourself that there is such a thing as a perfect toy? (In all aspects)NO, and if there were, you'd be back in the phase of criticizing its faults and what it needs and what the manufacturers could have done, etc. etc. If you want total control in the toy's outlook and needs, you might as well build a model toy and take it from there where your free to do your customizations and quirks. I know everyone is upset of the problems the YF19 has and wants yamato to correct it and have a 2nd run at producing it, but i'm not sure if that is likely to happen even according to Graham. So in all aspects, if you really are unsatisfied with the toy, like *haterist* said, you can just sell it and hope to find someone else who will make one in the future. Unlike me, my biological clock in waiting for such a company to do so is not possible, hence my mass purchase of the first run regardless of the faults, which by far is fixable. Oh expect to have a 2nd seater in that cockpit soon =) I just need to find referrence on how the *hacker* looks like behind Isamu

damn the yf19 already has *real* battle scars and even blood to prove it...

thanks fortress... So I wasn't crazy, i did see a few different version of the mao. Me and Falcon were talking about it, and he mentioned that there were only two version, but apparently now there are eight.. yikes.. so i guess i dont have the full set yet =( damn mao's. So basically i'm stuck at 96% of completing all the series =(, well it could be worst...(i.e. like someone screwing up my order of 5 Armor parts and them sending me 5 Super strike parts hopefully that gets resolved by the end of next week...ghey soo totally ghey could have finished my Armor Ground Team of the VF1S Skull Squadrons )

I managed to pick up a 16 slot bobble head display case and allows me to probably put two CMS figures on each slot (probably for both solid and clear). hahaha yeah the anime is way off...lol.. i took some pics of the xmen collection, took me forever to dust them off.. might as well, since it will be another year or so for me to open them from the storage box.

nice.. i see i'm not the only one collecting action figs.. =) I use to have a place to stand them up but w/ the lmted room capacity i was forced to put them in a box.. but dusting them off now..i might have a pic in a few hrs.. hehehe... btw lovin that i'm not the only one reading KareKano..I use to buy soo many manga books including love hina, haha until i found a site where i can read/get it for free

I'll try, the table i use in my room is currently filled with x-men toys that i've collected for 13yrs.. ergh.. had to dust them off.. but once i clean it up (believe me i have no room to walk around anymore) i'll place all the valkyrie's on the table and probably get a group shot....lol.. but i'm still awaiting my armor(s) for the VF1S squad i'm working on

yeah i can do the arrows myself, and taping was the direction i was heading, now to just finally find the paint and step by step on it. Has anyone used the tamiya spray cans or do people prefer to use the brush? thenks jenius & mister_e for being helpful

one last newbie question here, but by chance is there a difference between the VF1S Focker and VF1S Hikaru Heads? Reason why I ask is that I'm planning on putting a VF1S head on the valkryie's that I have and since the heads are not currently available I'm going to end up buying iether two VF1focker or Vf1Hikaru.
