^^They're idiots that got pwn'ed by anyone with any sort of Jedi Padawan or higher experience. And this is coming from a guy who absolutely loved Rebels.

If you look at the original prototype, they actually improved the look of Houquet’s legs, with the final product having a more feminine taper and sculpt.

So 5/6 of the way in, and the most frustrating issue with this is that there’s too much plotting and not enough story. The overall story/premise is alright, but the plot keeps getting in the way. It’s like someone’s writing for a video game (setting up obvious roadblocks/set-backs), rather than for a TV show. Yeah, the ep cleared up a few issues, but it feels like this show is just bouncing Obi from Point A to Point B to Point C without any growth for the character.

Upgrading a classic: yet another custom Bandai/Matchbox 1/3000 SDF-1

I see you added the clear window for the bridge area as well. -
They have showed characters who are resistant to Jedi Mind Tricks that also showed no affinity for using the Force in the past. So Leia being able to resist the interrogation doesn’t necessarily mean they can automatically assume she’s Force sensitive. But yeah, she should totally be on the Imperial watch list after everything that happened here.

Honestly, I’ve found the kid to pretty much match what I’d expect out of a young Leia: a little too blunt and perceptive for her own good, someone who tends to take charge of the situation, and not listen to other’s words of caution. Basically what we’ve seen from the OT. I’m assuming the farmer you’re referencing is the one from this past week’s episode, right? Yeah, Obi used him as a shield. But could have swore the Stormie’s infamous poor aim missed completely. And Obi wound up pistol-whipping the farmer/driver unconscious afterward. Not saying the show doesn’t have any flaws, but the overall premise hasn’t bothered me as much. I’ve always found the Inquisitors to basically be Stormtroopers with Force powers. Even in Rebels, they weren’t this monster threat; they were basically mid-tier fodder for the heroes to beat. So, their incompetence here isn’t as annoying, since I never held them in high regard before.

Welcome back to the grind! Im sure I’ll be shocked, amazed, (and probably a little jealous ) of what you pull off. Looking forward to the updates. -
Straw-man argument, much? All I’m pointing out is that neither the Inquisitors nor Vader know Obi was hiding out on Tatooine. And a connection between Bail and Obi is tenuous at best, based on what’s been shown in Clone Wars. You could argue a connection between Bail and Yoda (being spotted after the Senate Duel), but there’s not much there. Now why Vader didn’t check out or follow up on his step-brother? Who knows. But that’s been an issue since ROTS.

Except, none of the “bad guys” know Obi was hiding out on Tatooine. The only reason they were on Tatooine in the first place was to get that low level Jedi. They didn’t know Obi was there at all. They captured Leia and took her to that one planet. Obi lured over there, and start of chase. There’s nothing there to connect Obi to Tatooine from the Empire’s perspective.

Star Wars is damned if they do, damned if they don’t. We all complained (rightly so) that BOBF struggled IN PART because all the action, even the flashback, was stuck on Tattooine. Well, they got Obi off that sand-locked planet and have moved him around. Leia presented the most obvious way to get Obi off-world. There’s no way Uncle Owen leaves Tattooine. Dude is just a farmer, who just wants to do his thing and be left the hell alone. Also, Obi’s been in hiding for 10 years, keeping a low profile. Any hero saving-complexes he had have been beaten down. During that entire rescue of Leia, did he even once ignite the lightsaber? Nope, he used an “uncivilized” blaster, because, again, he doesn’t want to bring any attention to being a Jedi.

The Obi series takes place 10 years after the start of the Empire. Doesn’t take much to get disillusioned and annoyed. Heck, that one clone on Ryloth got disillusioned right quick in Bad Batch.

I always considered the Inquisitors to be a just a step above Stormtroopers: they can use the Force, but they’re often getting pwned by the main characters. It’s not like Rebels really made any of them out to be formidable enemies.

Obi and Yoda went into hiding. Seriously doubt Bail’s just randomly dropping off news to Obi. After ROTS, they probably all know to keep the kids safe and keep a low profile (well except for the Galactic Senator). Makes sense that Bail would only contact Obi for only the most dire of circumstances and doubt Bail’s in the know about Vader’s true identity. Even if grumblings about a former Jedi hunting and slaughtering his own kind makes it all the way to backwoods Tattooine, I don’t think Obi’s in the right state of mind to fully process it. He clearly hasn’t heard squat from Qui-Gon in 10 years, still has massive hurt from “killing” Anakin and seeing Padme die, and has a mission that forces him to lay low and not draw attention to himself.

Still one of the best and varied anime soundtracks around, especially the orchestral stuff:
