Still going through the Wonder Festival Summer 2010 catalog there are allot of Macross kits listed but most sellers don't have pictures or any details of what will be sold. Once again ARTJEUNESS is holding a Haruhiko Mikimoto Exhibit it starting yesterday in Akihabara. It run from July 8th to the 12th. Mikimoto will be attending on Sunday and he usually does a talk show and Q&A. A few of us will be meeting up on Sunday for the event, if you are local please feel free to join in. If you are located in Nagoya there will also be an exhibit held from 07/22 -07/26.

This isn't the best translator but I would recommend it over goodle or babble fish. Yahoo.co.jp's online translator usually translates katakana correctly. It translated パワーショベルの神谷 to Kamiya of the power shovel, which from there I would consider it Kamiya's power shovel. The translator is in Japanese just paste English text into the left box and select 日⇒英 and click 翻訳

I don't remember hearing Tatsunoko Pro being mentioned in the videos MEMO uploaded, was this said outside the panel or did I miss it?

Just seen a few good concert photos over at Japanator. I'm not surprises that most or pretty much every body is smitten with May'n thinking back I was too but I think it was mostly because she was the singing voice of Sherly. After seeing her a few times live I've realized two things, one she can't dance two she not hot. Their PR team associates their liver wardrobe with their anime character's persona which is sad for Megumi. When she does PR junkets for DVDs she's usually in her normal clothes and major hot when she is sporting a pair of shorts let me tell ya.

It wasn't a trailer it was three very short clips a la "See You Next Decuture" at the end credits of the first film. Starts with a mystery VF-1 with fast packs (Red & Orange in color) raising on the launch deck of the Quarter, cut to Ranka doing Kira then to anther quick shot of the Konig Monster in battroid mode in space and all kinds of crazy fighting behind it then it ends with a new design of the Battle Galaxy with still shots of Ranka and Sherly in front of it wearing wedding dresses making it hard to see. I could be getting a few details wrong I'm going off of memory.

It's just like being back at San Deigo Comic Con 2003 when the new "series" was announced for fall of 2004. OH how I miss Robotech panels, great place to kick your feet up and stay out of the heat.

Why would anybody pay money to watch a movie full of people who are on Japanese TV every second of the day?

Yeah the Frontier movie didn't get any applause but it has the funnest scene that most foreigners would bust up at "GOD DAMMIT". Being that I was a former theater projectionist and theater manager the DYRL print was actually not in that bad condition for its age. All the imperfections in the print made the film more memorable.

I was at that show downtown LA Glam Slam. Remember the power went out during Lush's second song and they had to reschedule for the next day with "That Dog" opening. That was when Weezer were nobodies and I wish it would have stayed that way. If it wasn't for the Happy Day's video idea they would have most likely have disappeared. Lush didn't disappear they disbanded due to the accidental death of their drummer. Now I know why you look so familiar to me EXO, you must have been in one of the music circle clicks that went to all the Shoegaze and Manchester shows back in the day.
