@rsvictor1976: The 31 will be the safer alternative to the SV-262 in order of transformation and user friendly standards. Although the Draken is the most outstanding enemy mecha valks in the series, I have read and learned that the SV-262 has went backwards in transformation while 31 was easier to handle upon transformation (even thought the 31 was designed after the Draken and released first in the line as per fighter wise).

Wasn't that supposedly the updated GBP Armour after seeing it in action in DYRL and the Reaction Armour for the VF-0s in Zero Series (even though it's scaled in 1/72 size)?

I though Arad's is more leaning toward the teal colour (more on the blue side) and not green or I'm not getting the correct colour code. Isn't Mirage more of a magenta (purple-red combo) hue?

The Princess arrived two hours ago from Amiami. Got a few minor scratches on one of the wings and the triangle points are intact as I took it out of the box. Will have to tackle the transformation later on this week as I ordered the B/B graded box. @Alex GS: No problems on my copy of the VF-171EX as I know that you're still hunting for the VF-31J. There's actually a sticker of the condition of the item and box close to where the UPC code is.

@Sandman: After the exchange from JPN Yen to CND Dollars conversion, we sill get hosed regardless and it doesn't even help if any of us gets dinged by CBSA in regards to import fees when getting valks from oversees either. I got dinged twice for my HMR VF-2ss and the HMR VF-1J with the GBP [not going to be surprised if the VF-171EX Alto I'm getting tomorrow (or Tuesday) from Amiami gets also booked for import fees]. I guess I'll find out how the dice rolls when it gets delivered somehow. Like I mentioned in this thread awhile back (or was it posted in the other one), these valks are like the "Holy Grails" for us as a fair chunk of them are un-obtainable. For the ones we want and have the $$ to acquire it later on, it as skyrocketed to an crazy amount that's even beyond or reach (just look at the ones on evilbay or fromjapan for that matter). Rant aside, I'm keeping my options open in getting Arad's valk with the armoured parts or going for the Karios version instead.

Sorry for the typo there Lolicon, Slave IV is correct. I somehow got Oxberg and Oxford mixed up while I was typing.. Here's the link if you want it in the Birch/Veneer colour: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S79023409/. The pricing of the other trim colours will adjust accordingly as per the selection chosen. Ikea had the Klingsbo display cabinet (the length of the jewelry/make up case that you see in Wal-mart/Nordstrom's/The Bay and the now defunct Sears/Eatons/Zellers/Woolco store chains) a few years back.

You can thank me for that push @Lolicon for the incentive for more valk pics. @Valkyrie Driver: If you want a budget friendly option then you can get the Brimnes cabinet (with the Glass doors) for $99 USD [that's $129 CND for us Canuckle heads]* or the Billy/Oxford bookcase (with the glass door option) for $149 USD or $135 CND. It all depends of how many valks you have in your collection.. *Note the Wolverine reference as per the Marvel Comics series. Edit: Why is the Billy/Oxford combo more for you guys in the States than us in Canada pricewise (and I'm not talking about the exchange rates either)??

Look like the Gypsies and Gnaw are ready for her to fly out of the box. 18,000 Yen for Mirage is a fairly good price for it as I seen some listings can ask 22,000 (?)+ Yen for her. Now the question next to ask is: Are you ready for her colours on the SV-262 Ba variant if it ever gets made?

Hmm.. So far the HMR Monster, Spartan, Defender are done. Phalanx, Tomahawk (and possibly the Koening as well?) are still up for debate..

Got my copy of the HMR VF-1J with the GBP on Monday and got nabbed by Canada Post Customs for approximately $45 CND import tax.. Now waiting for the Super Ostrich as I'm focusing the the ones that I need. Will be getting Q-raus and possibly the other Zentradi/Meltrandi mechs (skipped on the Regults and the Glaug).

@Sanity is Optional: I left my SV-51 Nora in the box after just fiddling with it in jet mode (and will leave it as it is) and use the Arcadia version in bot mode once I reshuffle my detolf. @Chronocidal: What version of the VF-171 do you have as I know the CF versions are more commonly to self destruct. The Ishta and the Alto versions are a bit better from what I've reading and I have the Alto version on the way (just made the payment early this morning). I've seen Keith's 262 listings more often than the Lil'Draken add-ons (which are sometimes hard to acquire).

I let you know when the VF-171EX Alto gets delivered. The other listings for the VF-171EX Alto has the C/B grade while the other had the A/B grade. I've ordered two "B" boxed items of Jungle and they have posted the damages that was warrant for an "B" condition. The items where fine upon opening while the actual boxes have dings on it. On Mandarake listings, they will post the damages of the boxes on the listing itself and will mark the prices of the product accordingly. I'm sure that someone will post their experience with AmiAmi shortly.,

I would get one of the 19,900 Yen ones as I'm not a MISB type of person. I ordered a HMR VE-1 (Item A/Box B) and was delivered in the same condition as stated, and ordered the VF-171EX Alto (Item B/Box B) about 12 hours ago and now waiting for the email of payment and other related stuff.

Congrats to some lucky collector who grabbed the pre-owned SV-262 (Keith) for 48% off the MSRP at 12,680 Yen (I believe) at Amiami not too long ago..

@TrickyCustomer: Did you get Lil' Draken add-ons afterwards or did you leave it as it is? Although Delta wasn't the best series for me; however the valks on the other hand are a much better design than the Frontier ones [not a fan with the VF-25s or the YF-29s (to each their own)]. The SV-262 has made a more of a overall impression do to the Delta shaped wings (in which the Karios and the Chronos has also).

Arad's valk has more appeal to me personally than compaired to Osma's (maybe it's do to the colour scheme more). With the onset of the armoured parts, it actually reminds me of the Stampede Valk; however Osma's version looks like a barrage of mixed armour of what SMS can find in the storage locker and stuffed everything in a hurry.. Looks like everyone will be hitting the F5 button in the hopes of getting a copy.. Don't want to pay an exuberant amount for Arad's unlike Hayate's Kai which was over 30,000 Yen via lottery.

I actually find that Thunder Magnus is more aesthically closer to the G1 version of the C-310 release. The new TT Legends God Ginrai release doesn't even make the cut. Note to add: Is there anyone pre-ordering the SOC Dragon Caesar? -
