    Which is better for cruising speed? YF-19/VF-19 or YF-25/VF-25? I assume the latter on the grounds of ISC technology.

    I heard someone say on another site that having Isamu in Gekijō no Walküre would be nice because then Isamu could talk with Ernest and say, "You sound like my friend." Unrealistic hope, but it's nice to think about.

    If Gekijō no Walküre were getting an actual new fighter like the YF-29 in multiple significant scenes (my standard for "new fighter), wouldn't the advertising have hyped it up by now? My prediction remains unchanged. New fighter gear yes, but no new fighter for budget and story reasons.

    Istuwari no Utahime got the Tornado Pack for the VF-25F, and a blink-and-you'll-miss-it YF-25 as a decoration, not a whole and new proper fighter model. And as Gekijō no Walküre is primarily a compilation film, it seems unlikely that there is budget for any new CGI parts besides the Armored Pack for the VF-31S.

    I wonder how this series will employ the presumed VF-35. Many previous main fighter models had a precursor model in the preceding series, but it's unlikely that Gekijō no Walküre will debut a YF-35. But obviously, this new series must have a new main model to distinguish itself.

    Am I correct in understanding that the YF-21 is superior to the VF-22 mainly on account of the YF-21 being an ultra bleeding-edge craft (e.g. the BDS and BDI) that had to be downgraded for production as the VF-22?

    So the YF-29 has the Fold Wave system and the YF-30 and VF-31 have the Fold Dimension Resonance system. Someone remind me again, the Sv-262 has its own specialized fold hardware, right? What do Sv-262 pilots use that for? So the YF-30 is superior to the VF-31 at flight and arsenal. Does the VF-31 have any advantages besides lower cost? How about supporting idols? Would the YF-30 be inferior at that? Haha! I wish we could see Kairoses with a 31C-style battroid head. I love a 25F-reminiscent head. The 31J's unicorn look just kills it for me, and I'm only barely not bothered by the 31A's head.

    What about the Fire Valkyrie-colored VF-1 used in Ranka's concert in Sayonara no Tsubasa? Was that a real, working fighter or just some holographic projection?

    I wonder what innovation to the Macross class design lineage the next series could have. We've already got first generation Macrosses, Battles, quarter Macrosses, and two-thirds Macrosses. What's next? Multi-vector assault mode?

    I know what story you're referring to, but I'm pretty sure the SDFN-series vessel's name is not "Macross Extra". It went unnamed, and in any case, that series takes names from U.N. Spacy flag officers, no?
