    thanks jenius. i skipped the gbp bc i have 3 sets from yamato. and compared the angel bird to the arcadia last night. if you have a premium 1S, can you post a pic with the gbp under normal light for you? thanks! i saw a hint purplish tint. (the colder white) my lighting conditions i'm a bit more sensitive to it. that's what i read a few speculating. Hey treatment, i'll try when i get in from work. i'll be home past midnight EST. just off hand i thought the same but the areas shown have no red next to it on the inverse sides. it's definitely the plastic

    Got some bad news, contrary to recent reports of Arcadia no longer having pink/purple whites. i just brought my first Arcadia VF-1 in a long time. I grabbed a premium 1S all excited bc i read the whites were no longer pink. finally thought we're past it. Just a disclaimer: this is very subjective depending on the lighting and environment the VF-1 is in. Some users may not be able to reproduce this effect in their environment at all. Unfortunately, both standard soft white 60w and 150w and my recent purchase of LED bulbs for my my apartment exhibit the same conditions bring out the purple hue a bit more pronounced. I've never had this problem with Yamato VF-1 either DRYL off white or TV Bright White. (aside from the yamato assembly kits) here's some shots i took between a Yamato VF-1A Angel Bird in TV Bright White and the recent Arcadia Premium VF-1S Hikaru obviously, i'm not point blank directly under a lamp when handling my valks but at times i am close to a lighting source as my lamps directly hang over me. anyone else got a recent Arcadia that can report in? i'm still going to support arcadia but thought to report this in case anyone was still wondering about their whites.

    Hey Slave IV, i not sure if you're into modeling like derex3592 and anubis20, but with your photography skills, i would love to see one in your hands oh man, i look at your Captain America inbit paint + builds all the time, i envy ppl with building painting skills as well those with photography skills

    Got this in the mail today: just a special thanks for Anubis20 for kooking me up with the premium hikaru and more generously built and painted my fan racer. the time and detail he put into things such as painting the tiny pilot details, I never met someone so generous with his talents appreciation picsthe fans twirl!

    re: Metal Builds, that actually incorrect info. If has affected their profits and they've been vigilant about banning sales of KO's. I know someone who's been hired by Bandai's division. prior, he used to be pro KO and argue for it on and on until he started working for the company.

    i'm pretty upset, how dare anyone question or complain about arcadia's box choices. you should all be grateful we even have these toys. if it weren't for arcadia yamato toys would be extinct. don't ever question them again! those who go KO's are not true macross fans and don't care about supporting this fragile franchise. they are self centered and greedy for not wanting to pay scalper level prices.     i'm pretty upset, i will not support arcadia any longer. i will not tolerate this type of cardboard. i'm going all in on thievery and going KO. at least WILL have laminated cardboard. the nerve or arcadia! at least yamato web exclusives HAD white boxes with laminated cardboard. -entitled thief.

    how about another Gundam Seed Metal Build? seems like they don't like church of yamato or Shinn and SEED Destiny... we haven't one in a while. like destiny anime, bandai's so original and never seems to rehash anything with new markings.
