DL will likely release waterslides well ahead of Bandai and their decals are great quality. Start checking on eBay and they will begin showing up soon, usually right after release.

I think they missed the RG concept on the thighs. No lines or separated parts whatsoever. That I will say is a big miss.

Effect part that shows the 55mm shell casings being ejected from the gunpod. For me, that is more iconic in Macross than the actual muzzle flash.

I think there is a market for Macross toys being released with the cell shaded anime effect.

If you are even remotely considering the possibility of a DX with strike parts in your future, buy a set now. They will skyrocket. If you think the days when Yamato strike parts were expensive and hard to get were a challenging time, you can’t imagine what these will be like.

Here is what I did. Closed the browser deleted history and cookies went to NY main page (not the VF-1 link) then search VF-1 from there I just added it and checked out.

I like the different tampo on the chest, not having a rescue arrow on either side of the chest looks better. They still look great on the tv valks but I prefer this one.

Since it’s s Tamashii Exclusive, it will be much easier to get. Although it will be marked up, it won’t be as difficult to actually just get one in a cart and ordered. I think for most, just getting one at the initial markup stage is the biggest challenge. When you can’t even get it in the cart or it’s unavailable for a few days then the markups keep rising before you get one ordered. In short, we will be able to get it ordered at an earlier stage. So for me, this is excellent news.

Will someone please list the time in eastern us and day conversion for the pre order? Someone often does it but I can’t renember who it is. It has the actual date here and then the actual time.
