The House Intelligence Committee just questioned the Ukraine ambassador on if he has knowledge regarding the release date of Roy’s VF-1S. The ambassador responded that he doesn’t know because he only collects HMR.

Although Roy could be an alternate, I believe this will go down as the most anticipated VF-1 release: The DX 1:60 VF-1S

I think Bandai will just include the “11” skull circles in the Hikaru 1A. A bundle with full super pack would be great, but I think with them selling the super packs separate, Bandai will just include the circles.

I do not remember any DX exclusive accessory item ever being reissued for Macross. With the way we have seen the super strike parts and now missiles reissued, it makes me wonder if this line was being studied for continuation vs the line of releases set up to go. How close were we to not getting other releases if they had not blown off the shelves? You have to admit, with not 1 but 2 accessories being reissued, it’s pretty significant. What that significance means is up for debate.

So unless you preordered 4 or more sets of super strike parts, your squad won’t have strike parts because they were an exclusive release.

To be fair though, everyone leaped in with both feet when they listed shapeways replacements for Yamato’s arm hinges. That link still gets a lot of hits on its forum.

2 Questions for the team here: Does the new Yamato stand have the capability of holding the DX VF-1? Does Yeti Stand make a an adapter for the DX-VF-1? The site in yeti says the DX adaptors are for frontier and doesn’t mention the 1:48 DX VF-1.

Unless it can store the gun pod in fighter mode, it’s a pass for me. Seeing the gunpod on the HMR really does something for the VF-4 that I think would feel like something missing.

You can grab Hasegawa 1:48 vf-1 models pretty cheap and the decals are incredible.

**NEED HELP** Ultimate Voltron EX

The Ultimate EX from Toynami is massive. My 4yr old can use the sword as a hand held toy. I know Toynami has their issues, but their strategy of designing the lions first and letting the combined mode look however it would with accurate lion sculpts really paid off in my opinion. I think the EX Voltron from Toynami is the best looking in Lion and Combined mode. That’s just my opinion, other Voltron releases also look pretty badass. The major Con of the Ultimate EX in my opinion is the looseness of the legs in combined mode. I wish they had done ratcheted joints. -

Need some help from the group. My blue and yellow lion are in “leg” form and the heads are now locked and I cannot lower them to the lion form position. Can someone help me unlock these? Do I just apply force or is there a process to release the locked heads. I attached a photo to show the current position the head and neck are currently locked in. Again, I’m trying to get them lowered back into the original lion position but they are locked.

Just bought the Xamel. I will get all of the 0083 line for sure but am unloading all of my other Robot Damashii Gundam lines from the other series. I truly enjoyed the 0083 series, it was gritty, real, and had great combat scenes.
