  1. Where? I can't find the news blurb or any place to pre-order it.
  2. The kit from MIM is not that bad, but it's way overpriced for what you get IMHO. Guess I'll be using them for practice before putting together the ones I got from Valkyrie.
  3. It's kind of hard to describe... but you can buy anything from airbrushes to paints, to figures, to mecha kits, to videos/dvds, etc. in the dealers room. It all depends on what you're looking for. You can check out piccys from previous Wonderfests here: http://www.wonderfest.com/news2.htm (click on either "Starship Modeler - Review and pics galore!" or "CultTVman - Great contest photos!")
  4. Pretty much true. If you're gonna do the the rounds at the WF dealer's room, you need to be there both Saturday AND Sunday. Why? 'Cuz if it's a hot kit, the only way you can get it is if you're in line first thing on Saturday. However, I've been told that Sunday afternoon is the best time to do some bargain shopping as the vendors would rather sell kits cheaper than haul them back with them.
  5. Yes, I got a pair of those. Looks like they took the OOP REPTU vinyl kit and recasted it (rather poorly for some parts). I ordered them way before Valkyrie offered his OOP Club-M recasts, which are a heck-of-a-lot better than MIM's, and cheaper too.
  6. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? p.s. What's Wonderfest you ask? Check it out here: http://www.wonderfest.com
  7. Yo Valkyrie! How's yer VF-0 coming along?
  8. :::slaps forehead::: Oooooohhhh!
  9. A bit of a silly question... do you wear gloves while doing the final paint job? If yes, which kind. If not, how do you keep the fingerprints from the finished kit?
  10. What's the difference between the upcoming VF-1 Super/Strike Valkyrie kit and the old VF-1S Strike Valkyrie kit? They look the same to me.
  11. Nifty design. When are these coming out for sale?
  12. I'm a cheap bastard so I don't mind waiting a little longer for my kits as long as the price is low. p.s. They ship UPS like Mugen Toys, so I'm assuming the 2-3 day priority shipping is available, but you probably have to (egads! ) pay extra for that.
  13. I found them cheaper at www.gundamstoreandmore.com. They're having a "Valkyrie Sale." Bought from them several times over the last year and had no problems. Matter of fact, just ordered a VE-1 Elint Valk.
  14. You mean the build ups are now available as PDFs? Schweet! Where??
  15. Check this thread: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=6303
  16. [Don Corleone] "I'm gonna make you an offer you can't refuse." [/Don Corleone] So...this guy named Anthony "Knuckles" just showed up at my door! Sorry Don...Ill be happy to provide whatever you need! Ah yes... good ol' Tony. He *always* gets results.

  18. What happened to older wm cheng build-up threads? I'm looking for his Hasegawa YF-19 build up in particular.
  19. Way 2 go dude! Any chance you can post more pics of how you mounted the kit to the base? I still can't figure out how it stays in place.
  20. They are back on-stock at HLJ: Strike Valk Minmay Guard
  21. I think 1/100. LOTS 'O Resin [Neo's voice] Whoa! [/Neo's voice] Any clues on price range?
  22. It's currently showing on-stock at Hobbyfan.com for $55. 1/72 SF-3A Lancer 2 kit I've ordered from them before w/o problems.
