Please add my vote to the 1/72 VF-2SS, 1/72 VF-5000 & 1/72 VF-2J Valkyries.

Yo dude! Mine are still in snail-mail hell. I'm hoping they get here this week... Coupla of dumb questions: what do you mean that it's bigger than a VF-1? Isn't is supposed to be in same scale (1/72)? Thanks for the piccys btw.

By the way, Skwong, how didja do the base for this kit? It looks painted yet it has a sort of photographic quality (at first glance and based on the detail of the posted picture) on the detail.

I just saw 2 of the Sentouyousei Yukikaze DVDs and was dying to see more of the Rafe with the blue markings. Very nice!

It was on Fox (or affiliate). 'Nuff said. Just look at the cadaver trail of good (and potentially good) scifi/fantasy shows that are left whenever Fox touches them: Firefly, Alien Nation, Space: Above and Beyond, The Visitor, Forever Knight, Harsh Realm, Brimstone, VR5, etc., etc., ad nauseum. <_<

Got mine from Hobbyfan.com (and it didn't take a year ) the other day. Liked it so much that I order a 2nd one.

Well, after pestering the hella out of MIM by phone & email I got my kits today. The MIM VF-4s are recasts of the RETPPU vinyl VF-4 kit. They included some nice decals (main markings only), and the resin is of good quality with no visible flaws, flash or bubbles. What a shame that MIM has such poor customer service when their products are normally unique and cool. Next time I'll think thrice before ordering from them. <_<

Contacted MIM via phone but couldn't get anywhere with the dude who answered. Fortunately, my last email got answered today and they say the kit will be shipping this week. <_< It's a shame their customer service is so handicapped. Their model selection is ok, and sometimes they have gems but if everytime I use them I'll have to go thru this brouhaha makes me wonder why bother. Now it's more waiting to see if it's really true they're shipping.

They have not processed payment of my order. Uh... at least, I don't think so. :::rushes to review credit card statements::: I finally got a reply to my emails yesterday, but it appears that MIM does not keep very good records. Even though I gave them my order #, they still asked for my name and what I had ordered. The VF-4 is no longer showing up at MIM's website, so I'd hazzard a guess that they dropped the kit like a hot potato. Good think I got the VF-4's from you 1st. Not much to do now but wait 'till they reply again.

I purchased 2 kits from Valkyrie, and ordered one VF-4 from MIM. Are you saying that MIM pulled the release of their VF-4 kit because of Valkyrie's kits? That doesn't make any sense.

Has anybody received their VF-4's from MIM yet? I placed an order with them a while back (when their ad showed up in FSM) but still nothing.

I believe these decals are available on one of the Hasegawa decal sets that came out a while back.
