    This pic is just awesome, especially after just 1 year of collecting, its even more amazing. I've been collecting for almost 4 years but your pictures speak volume and make any simple valk look simply amazing. Keep up the great work on the pics and most importantly keep it coming :)

    Thanks Iykait.I often ask myself if I went a little overboard on purchases. I gave up a few hobbies to start collection Valks, they are all awesome, so I wanted to get all of the Frontier Valks. Now I have to start hunting down a couple of VF-1's :)

    VF-25 Super / Armored Parts advice..

    I love the look of all the option parts on the VF-25's. It's hard for me to pick which would be my favorite. I have Super Parts for all my Valkyries and I bought a set of the Armored Part for my Alto and Ozma. The Tornado Parts will be released in July for Alto and August for Michael, check those out too.

    Prices for the Alto parts have gone up quite a bit Super ($150) and Armored ($200 - $250) , Ozma Armored parts ($180 - $200), Super ($60), Michael still at retail or below, Luca Super ($100) and CF is at retail.

    I'm on the other side of Washington state, are there places in Seattle where you can get Macross related items?

    My YF-25 is on its way from Japan! I can't wait!

    Twich, All my purchases have been through Japan sites, and with in and out of state MW members. I don't know any shop of anywhere that sells Macross stuff locally here in WA/Seattle. Maybe the other WA members might have more information than I do.

    Great photos once again, Saburo! You might want to try and do a custom Paladin Parts by mixing Super and Armored next time. ;)

    By the way, how's the blue from the 25G and the YF-25? Do they have the same shade? Again, great photos. :)

    I just compared the blue of the VF-25G to the YF-25 and the blue on the YF-25 is couple of shades darker with slight greyish tinge.

    I had VF-25G Un opened super parts but I sold it because I liked the VF-25G naked but I will get the Tornado armor because it looks awesome. Who knew the G super parts would look awesome on the YF-25. Btw 3 Seattle people posted in a row :)

    Not sure if anyone's ever told you this before, but nice pics Saburo. :p

    I might have been tempted to leave the regular "crotch plate" on the YF-25 since that would have the only visible blue with the Super Parts on.

    Haha. Thanks! I thought about leaving the regular crotch plate, but I just went ahead and put on all the Super Parts. :D

    I either gotta stop being cheap and pay for faster shipping or stop coming on these threads...

    My first order ever was SAL, it took a while. Being that I am impatient so I use EMS now. :)

    But... I will let you know the moment they will announce a Paladin Guard option set. :D

    After all the times I have transformed my valk, collapsing the head down from battroid mode to fighter mode is the part that gives me problems. Sometimes it goes into place without problem, then there are the times when it just doesn't want to cooperate. I just take my time and eventually everything goes into place.

    Congrats guys on your YF-25 Prophecy purchases. Especially those who buy multiple copies and display each modes. I envy your purchasing powers. Hope I can do that in the future too. Hahaha! :lol: And I'm glad that everyone's liking it. ;)

    Saburo, man, your photos are great as always. Love it. :) But unfortunately, it still doesn't make me feel sorry that I cancelled my preorder. Hahaha! :lol: j/k

    Sorry to hear that. Hope you'll find a replacement soon. They pop up every so often on ebay, its just a matter of timing.

    Own several of the recent releases from Arcadia and Bandai, but for some reasons, they dont hold a special place like these JM do.

    And Im on a JM-rush, cant seem to stop searching for more!

    One day I'll find a replacement, but for now I am content seeing that they are still around, keep posting pics. :)

    On a side note, made a small stand adapter for my YF-25 so that I can have a low fighter mode display without the giant ugly stick.

    It's thermal form moldmaking material that's been formed around two plastic pegs for support and then molded by the stand slot itself. After cooling off I trimmed off all the extra for re-use elsewhere.

    Here are the results.

    That's a nice low profile stand mod!
