oh man, you ready to shell out some money for one? Spike can reach about 100 bucks on ebay. I've seen it before. Lowest I've seen him for is like 50 bucks. Same goes for cerebros. At the botcon, some guy was crazy enough to piece together his fort max. He hit up every vendor and bought all the parts that he needed, which was almost everything! From the guns on the knees to the clear green cover on the shoulder. He must've spent like 300+ on those parts alone. Crazy foo I tell ya. Anyway, I was doing some trading with the one vendor and I came across the spike figure. He was selling for 40 bucks which was pretty surprising to me. But I don't know if he still has it. I'll email him to find out. Good luck finding one for cheap.

wow, finally this series is coming out on DVD! I still have the tv guide with batman on the cover and it was the first episode to be aired. Nice. I might be picking this up.

wow, and is that isamu a custom? Can you give us more details on that figure? That'd be sweet if that would in the CMS figures series 3!

How come the scans you have of this picture is all grainy? Is that how the original looks? The other pictures you scanned out look nice an clear. Perhaps you scanned this image with the descreening option off? Let me know as I'd like a clear image of this. Thanx

anyway, if it was a bootleg, then it would definitly come with the silver belt on the cover. There's no point in taking off that little belt. The older ones should've came with one too, but I guess a lot of people threw them away or it just tore off easy due to it's age. And again, the bootleg outter cover is thin and the original's is thick. I have both and looked over them several times. So what you have is original just distributed by a japanese company in the US. So there you have it. Either way, you paid little compared to how much I paid for my original several years ago.

Nice collection! if you ever decide to sell or even trade, I'll be interested in the monstructor, rodimus prime, and maybe some others. Anyway, prices always change with transformers as the reissues do quite some damage to the older stuff. So there is no accurate pricing for these. Here's a site I just found that has prices based on what the guy has dealt with in person, ebay, and other sources. Price guide So don't take these prices seriously as some of these prices are waaay too much for what they should be.

maybe this book was distributed to some bookstores in the US. And this could be the US version. If there ever was one.

did anybody pick up that one swordfish made by bandai? It was like in a big box and cost 99.99. I saw it back in 2002 expo and wanted to pick it up. It was the most detailed swordfish ever and it was pretty heavy.
