  1. That’s more than likely an SK special, as he’s been known to use LEGO in many of his prototypes.

    Haha! That’s awesome!
  3. So much to do so little time.. I like these odd balls as such things haven’t really seen the light of day and really enhance the Collectable niche.
  4. Yep.. plus shipping, ouch! I’m just fine with my Yammy
  5. You still have that 1/72 Monster to finish! lol

Awesome products, can’t wait for the next run! These bits really enhance the HMR line.
  7. Right... except the project is dead On the contrary, he's got nothing holding him back now (except for a couple pending Macross commissions). It's only a matter of time. Fingers crossed ...
  8. Watch the Delta movies and save time. So there goes any (long) shot at Southern Cross toys hitting the streets. Oh Captain , where are you...?
  9. Super awesome! Great job
  10. what a bummer! Sorry to hear about that amigo. At least it was a quick turn around and you didn’t have to fight it. But ya, major waste of your time ..
  11. At least he actually died fighting..unlike old man Skywalker who pulled the ole force projection trick (admittedly the most powerful force trick I’ve seen in SW..)

I was lucky enough to get a boot leg copy of DYRL when I was 16 on vhs. It was grainy and , of course, had zero translations. But it was next level for me. Personally I preferred DYRL paint schemes as , to me, they looked more sophisticated & realistic . I’m sure the animation quality had something to do with it. And seeing the strike package on Fokkers VF was BOMBA. Also seeing the VF-1S in red and black was pretty sweet.. I was already buying the toys and models at swap meets and already had the 1/55 VT Ostrich ( wish I still did!)..

I think I remember the battroid slinging the gunpod and sliding the fuselage onto the arm with no apparent attachments. Good times..

That’s some serious anime magic going on there. And how’s that gunpod attached or slung??

We need a gif of them sliding upside down on the pavement in the VF-1D ..

I guess Gerwalk doesn’t count? Or riding in disconnected fuselage/cockpit while under slung to Roy’s VF-1S arm?
  21. Haha. That’s what I thought too, at the time. I was like what is HE doing here. Now it all makes sense!
  22. Very entertaining hearing you guys recap.Lol! Thanks for sharing. I would love to check out the new City Hunter sometime , if it ever comes out west.
  23. The boxes look nice. What condition are these advertised as? How many transformations, how loose are the joints, etc.?
  24. Well. At least Shadow Chronicles was a completed project and could be judged as such. I enjoyed visiting it when it first came out and seeing some bit of continuation.. But by modern standards , yes it fell short. But, honestly, it was still the best RT project to come out of the HG maelstrom since. At least Mark Hamill was in it.. The cup is half full..
