    Don't do it. Gundam is a mess. Full of Macross 7 type stuff. For every good hour of Gundam there are 5 bad.

    Probably not. Like the comparison I made earlier to the old espionage/Bond movies. If I now watch a movie from back then, its hard for me to overlook the bad production quality. Example: I just watched "Ice Station Zebra." An espionage movie from the 60's from right around the time of other espionage movies I have loved my whole life. I couldn't really appreciate it though. Most of the older ones I saw back when I was a little kid. My point is, if you don't grow up with it, when you watch something older, you will see the flaws more than the guy who did grow up with it.

    When people rip the 80's animation style its no different than pointing out how corny the chase scenes were in Dr. No. or any old Bond movie. Doesn't mean any of this stuff is bad, it just means we can still see flaws in the things we like, yet still like em.

    Thats just crazy, but you've made me want to see it. My opinion of the Tea Party people is pretty low too BTW. They mostly just draw fire from the media that has just branded them as Klansmen. If they were smart, they would change their game.

    I don't like the concept of Robin Hood. Back in the day, when poor people were being exploited, there was a reason to stick it to the man, but now this message is a bad one. It makes it a crime to be successful.

    Liked it! Not as good as the Dark Knight (comparing because its really the OTHER good super hero sequel), but good.

    Well from a performance standpoint yes.. I think the Vantage is one of the best looking car on the road though.

    I am sure the studio saw Jackie Brown as the end all Black Exploitation film tribute. They probably didn't want to invest in something that in their mind was so similar. Of course it wasn't.

    Yes you are right, I did bash the people who like the show.. Didn't mean to do that. I guess instead of saying "Anyone who likes this show thinks like a 6 year old" I should have said, "this show reminds me of those stupid questions my 6 year old nephew used to ask me."

    Oh I don't want to be taken like that! I guess I just had such high hopes for the show when I saw the promotions for it, then I saw it and was horribly disappointed. If I sound bitter its only because I was so excited, then so let down.

    My 6 year old nephew used to ask stupid questions like, "between a shark and an eagle, which one would win?" I would try to explain to him that its a stupid comparison but he was a child so he didn't get it. He grew up and is not such a tard now. Anyone who likes this show thinks like a 6 year old.

    Eh, still not a bad guy. We all have our moments we aren't proud of.
