  8. You could always make your own 3D scanner with an Xbox Kinect. Lots of resources out there on how to do it.

  11. Arbit, just for kicks see if you can glue the parts together with future floor polish. I have no idea of this will make those seams disappear but I have glued photo etch together with Future and it worked well.
  12. Don’t forget the third factor, air pressure. Too high air-pressure will also cause orange peel on your paint. Tweak all three, thinness, distance and air pressure to find the sweet spot.
