    There isn't one giant distributor for macross like BBTS and TFsource... so the idea that they COULD set an inflated price isn't possible. In this instance the PO would be up before there is even an allocation amount from the distributor... so of course nobody knows how many will be sold. Also the market for TF vs Macross is apples and oranges. TF's are 10x larger in scale and popularity. From what I've been told Takara isn't giving out any price information, they can't. It's too early. BBTS is just pulling crap out of their ass and affecting the market. They know that Prime and Grimlock sell for around $300 on ebay, so they think they should get Ebay prices too. BBTS isn't really getting screwed because people are lazy and will PO this early for no good reason. It's like how christmas advertising slowly appears sooner and sooner each year. Point is, these will sell regardless.. Macross probably won't if the price is too inflated. A lot of people are talking about passing on the YF-19 at it's current price. Imagine if the largest retails of Macross... there isn't one.. but if the largest one added $60 on top of retail it would take forever to sell. If Arcadia doesn't sell well out of the gate they lose a lot of money. Takara is going to make all their money back and then some. BBTS is just price gouging by about $60-70 dollars on top of their profit. That's just some mock-up some guy posted on his blog and everybody is using it. It has nothing to do with anything. Again, we don't even have pictures of Wheeljack yet.. and he is suppose to come out months before UM. I'll bet they don't even have a fully functional prototype yet.

    If there is money in it.. TT will do it. I bet money their will be a MP combiner in the next few years. I'm not a huge Magnus fan... but I think if they do like a VF-1 with armor parts kind of detail and retain articulation.. it will be sweet.

    Yeah I'm waiting for my Proxy Buyer to ship it. I got it for like 290, With fees and shipping I'll pay close to 340. Yeah a guy sold one here just the other day.

    Yup. It's akin to somebody putting up Preorders for the YF-19 for like $400. So what is arcadia going to do? Sell it to them for cost at less than $200? Idk, everybody has to make money, but they are gouging and screwing up the whole market. Obviously I don't think a piece like UM should be $100. I've argued against under pricing... but yeah this is screwing with the natural supply and demand. But apparently some people don't understand. Oh well.. I look forward to it either way.

    Thats why they do it at that jacked up price. They are trying to corner the PO market. It's just playing off peoples desire to guarantee one. Wheeljack hasn't even popped up on the Japanese sights. We won't see a non-ebay priced UM for months.

    See. BBTS just put up Ultra Magnus for $289 dollars...a year too early to try to jump the gun. Takara hasn't announced crap. They haven't even put out pics for Wheeljack yet! haha. That's full ebay price before release... so its' a bad trend. It should be like $200-230. Get ready to go full retard.

    Walt came back because he heard blue was being cooked on the Charlie Rose show. That was pretty much the main reason, because it's his legacy. His cook. His chemistry. Gretchin didn't really piss him off that much, the Blue brought him back. He had a lot of time to think up in the woods on how to fix things. Seeing the Gray matter couple on TV gave him the way out to give his money to his family. (Which by the way, Vince Gilligan brought Gray Matter back into the story because of a dying kid that he visited. The kid had cancer and asked him to explore the show more. He died and they added it. Vince was super glad he did, because it was the only way to get the money to his kids.) If he was really pissed at them he would have killed them. This is verified in the name of the last episode, Felina. “El Paso” by Marty Robbins explains it. It is the song playing in the Volvo at the start of the episode. It talks about a man who kills for his lover (Felina) and has to leave town. He returns to town because he would rather be with his love and take a bullet, than rot with the loneliness in his heart. "Maybe tomorrow a bullet may find me, nothing is worse than this pain in my heart." Anyway, when he heard the blue was back it automatically told him that either A. Jesse was cooking again (alive) or B. Jesse taught Todd how to cook blue. In which case Jack didn't keep his word and his product was back on the market. Walt verified that Jesse was cooking blue when Skinny Pete told him it was better than ever. Jesse could cook better than Gail, and Todd wouldn't be capable of ever matching Walt. With the watch - it was shot for continuity, but you can also read it as like... throwing away all sentimentality. He loved that watch from Jesse. It was the only real gift he got on his 51st birthday.

    So I finally transformed mine back to fighter to sell it and...... My triangles were fine, but then the left one just fell apart. The right one seems to be ok.... luckily there is enough of the "hook" that it will sit in place.

    Getting my mp-10 Thursday hopefully. Can't wait to open it up and see if their were any improvements.

    Since you don't own a transformers retail operation... sorry but I'll take his word over yours. haha. I don't think you're really giving it much thought either. It's pretty simple, and makes plenty of sense. The proof is there. MP wheeljack was announced a few months back, but Takara hasn't officially announced a price. That's why hardly any sites have him up for oder. BBTS already has it up for $80 dollars with no real clue what it will be. The big sites rush to throw up a pre-order and people buy them. They are afraid to miss out. In the case of a limited item like MP-10 reissue, BBTS set it at $300 before Takara even set the price. Takara knows they are going to sell them.. they are highly collectible. But Takara's distributor sits on the side waiting to see what kind of rate to charge so they don't get burned. Their is blame on both sides, but it's the big retailers here setting the prices so high. Most consumers are NOT savvy. That's how Ebay exists and thrives, and how BBTS stays in business. They go with what's easy and what they know. Also, people who post on forums like us and search for deals are the vocal minority. But it did in-fact happen earlier this year before you were even into MP collecting, as I mentioned before. BBTS set soundwave at like $180, then jacked the price up to $220 and people went ape crap. They don't know the price and pretty much go on secondary prices.

    They added the tracer rounds in in post production. 1 in every 4 and it did 4 sweeps. I liked the end to season 4, but I think season 5 was a power house of good acting, story and intensity. Wouldn't be the same show without it.

    I imagine it will be close to secondary market prices. What I'm hearing is that Takara doesn't put out a price for their items anymore. They wait for big retailer to release it for pre-order, (Which they do way ahead of time without knowing the price) and then Takara jacks it up to compensate so they can make money. Nobody knew the price of MP-10, but then places like TFsource and BBTS put $300 dollars on it and Takara marks it up for everybody. Technically it would have been cheaper, like $200 or so, but the big retailers are screwing the whole mark and going full Ebay. Takara isn't going to sell it to the jerks at BBTS for $150 when they are asking $300 at PO 8 months out. That's also part of the reason Lunar waits so long to put up his prices. Once it's jacked up, everybody has to take a bite of the crap sandwhich. So yeah, that's who you can blame.
