The stats screen that Sumeragi looks at compares MS aptitude and marksmanship for Lyle and his stats are WAY above average. I'm willing to bet that Wang Liu Min will be revealed to be a "Super Innovator" or possibly Aeolia's 2nd in command.

Highly doubt it. I've not even seen the model for Battle Galaxy used in the gauntlets so i doubt its there.

Some skills are passive and don't require activating. IE: Boost 3 times, increased melee damage, etc.

I enjoyed building the unicorn kit. Its pretty complex and has tonnes of moving parts. Make sure you sand down every single last nub after cutting out the sprues. I did not feel the need to panel line since the Unicorn itself has lines all over its armour plates. I only did the head. Beware the V-fins as they break easily. I do not recommend you to transform it from horn to V-fin too much. If you need to, swap with the single piece horn and V-fins rather than transforming the V-fin. A few ppl including me have broke theirs. I got a replacement though. Oh and enjoy putting on the "katoki-style" warning stickers. Tonnes of them.

I had problems with that stage until i discovered the secret. Use Gerwalk mode and stay semi close to Macross city. The missiles' accuracy drops drastically if you do this and they become less likely to hit you. Good luck.

Tsunami attack was awesome. I knew they HAD to have the token "amphibious assault" episode. They just had to. How else are they gonna sell amphibious Mobile suits Setsuna and Lyle pull a Heero Yui and aren't seeming to kill anyone intentionally. Heads and limbs get chopped off but that's about it. Tiera couldn't care less and is blasting everyone. Lyle isn't a n00b pilot as he claims to be. I wonder if Lyle is the true Dylandy brother and swapped with Neil before his death for the lulz. Wow...like magic. What does the ceramic compound do? I'm asking cuz my canopy is abit screwed due to paint thinner melting the plastic abit.

I must be godly rather than manly to think GOTF was not tear jerking. I think Saikano and Gunbuster was the only one that made me cry manly tears....and now....possibly Clannad.

The VF-22 Miria has 1 gunpod on both fighter and battroid whereas the VF-22 Max has 2 gunpods for fighter but only 1 for Battroid (odd). Gerwalk they both have 1 gunpod. Its not CG model error and more for "variant difference" since you do see two streams of fire for Max but only 1 for Miria. The YF-21 has two gunpods for all modes which makes it more awesome and double the firepower.

*Cough* Gundam *Cough* SDF Macross. It wasn't Evangelion that started the trend....they just continued the trend. It has all the while been about 14-17 yr olds piloting giant mecha. And it would seem Kawamori had a different idea at the beginning since he setup Alto /Ranka/Sheryl to become schoolmates. He even promised a School Romance Story in the universe of Macross. That did not materialise at all. I have the same idea as you about the current pedophile scares. But i'm very surprised hearing this from a western person (assumingly you are).

I think the weathered versions are Japan exclusive mail orders just like the VF-1S Roy and Hikaru before it. Tough luck to us.

I bought myself a can of Mr Top Coat and practiced spraying it on a sacrificial Wing Gundam before i try it on the VF-25F. It is Flat/Matte. I'm not sure if this is the best one to use. It definately makes plastic look abit frosty(?) making it lose its "plasticky toy" effect. Prettty nice after application. I'm just wondering if i should leave clear parts (the visor and canopy) from being top coated cuz it does seem to make transparents parts (as shown by Wing Gundam's core thing) become a bit frosty.

I think Ginrai's podcast has all the negative vs positive points pat down, with only the "western anime fan-mentality" aspects that i don't agree with. I was abit disappointed that the production had so much more potential which was not utilised. I think someone revealed in the NEWS thread that even Kawamori himself isn't sure on how the story and ultimately, the characters related to the love triagle will advance in the story. He had freaking writer's block mid series and handed the directing reins to another person. The series did seem to suffer from that as mid series episodes did feel abit out of place and lacked direction and impact to the overall story. That said Colony Drop's review does hold some water.
