I played the demo for crackdown. I didn't really like it. Its like a dumbed down version of GTA but filled with lots of "powerup" RPG style things. I was fighting a boss, i got caught in a grenade explosion and flew 2 city blocks then into the sea. (WTF?!) Made me have to swim back to shore and get back to the boss. >_<

I think most people have problems with spiritia, giant space monsters and flying rocks due to the presentation. If Glavil and Geppernich looked more sinister and imposing , maybe like the STC Monsters from Gunbuster, then ppl will not have a problem with it, instead of looking like colorful "Monsters of the week". The twin protodeviln that looked like Siamese demons were especially wonky, but if you gave them a re-design with the exact same powers, i think they'd look awesome. And if spiritia was depicted better rather than a beam of light appearing from the VF-19kai's uniboob.....i dunno how i'd depict spiritia though.

I think u need more options. I picked 2, because its not exactly a POS but neither does it deserve the TOTY title. TOTY is definately won by SOC Gunbuster IMHO. Price vs Features for the YF-19 is not very justifiable imho.

I bring back my old idea where Macross 7 is reanimated and made into a movie release ala DYRL? They'll call it Macross 7: Love Remembered. It may be the perfect way to redeem itself and a movie length M7 could just work better than that 49 episode TV series. The movie will start with a huge battle around the M7 fleet. Basara flies into the fray with the start of either Holy Lonely Night or Try Again. Basara already has the Fold Booster and starts disabling enemy units. They discover the ProtoDeviln, and of course, Sivil, then ends with operation Stargazer with Max and Miria kicking Varautian ass. Big West should hire me as a director.

And also very important....if you got a press pass no problems. You get to go in without queing up. If not, i wish you best of luck. The queue will be humongous. If you don't camp the line the night before, be prepared to wait 1-2 hours to get into the convention hall.

Skywarp sports a glossy black and dark purple. It really looks good. I just felt abit disappointed with fighter mode cuz all the promotional shots of him in fighter mode cleverly hide the ugly bulky chest in fighter mode.
