Didn't someone here mentioned that the Roy VF-1S Strike pack version will be some sort of exclusive?

Gunpod storage would probably be like missile hardpoints on the belly of the plane, and probably won't jive very well with the whole contour of the valk. I don't think i saw a line art or any source that shows the gunpods in fighter mode. Or perhaps someone already posted this on this thread?

Geez....i rather they created a revoltech fig of Yoko. The MMS figs are very loose and parts pop off too easily. And no MMS figure will capture Yoko's hips.

I was surprised that this popular japanese game (which started out as a fan project) was bought by Ubisoft and localised for english speakers. There was a time when the Japanese were crazy of the 2D jet shooter games where dodging impossible curtains of bullets were the game's point. It takes that aspect and makes it into a 1 on 1 fighter ala virtua on and you get Senko Ronde. Pretty cool game to play....but sadly probably only in the bargain bin.

Very awesome episode 17. Don't know why those 2 twin block heads are part of the government. Kiyal has boobs. Kinoh and Rossiu....evil looking. But still hot. The new Grapa mass production Gurren Laganns look cool. But cool "zomg" moment when he told Simon that there are people who still wanted to stay underground and that by forcing them to come up, he's being no different than Lord Genome. Simon of course wasn't aware of this order which was initiated by Rossiu. Yoko still has little to no role to play since Kamina's death...and this is quite a shame. Alienz about to eliminate the humans who have gained a strong spiral ability. This series is awesome!

Digging up a topic from the past, i impulse bought myself the Stormbringer graphic novel since i've seen you guys talking about it and I overall love the art work. I notice the side of the book says "Volume 2". Volume 2 of what? I read from here that the Stormbringer series has 4 issues but after reading the descriptions i'm sure the graphic novel i bought is a compilation of the 4. So what exactly is this volume 2 of? Is this a sequel to the Infiltration series, which i have no idea about at the moment. And as a comic book i was pretty disappointed with Stormbringer. Sure it had nice art and all but the story felt rushed, shallow, and not quite as standalone as I thought it should be. Is this a whole new continuity btw, cause seems Prime hasn't landed on Earth yet and he's in his War Within form. Man comic books and its various continuities....confuzzles me to no end.

I like the desert scheme, but the blue kinda irks me. Why are the rocket launchers on the turret made of clear plastics anyway?

Refer to ignacio's images (below my post) for reference. Scream Man: According to the compendium, it has gunpods and hardpoints for it in fighter mode, althought the 1/72 toy doesn't reflect this. Don't think you can see them in fighter mode in the macross plus anime though.....but i remmeber there was a scene which i think was the target practice scene, where it showed the 21 with its gunpod in battroid mode.

But aren't the lasers only usable in battroid/gerwalk mode, and even if in fighter mode it can only fire the rear? Anyway the "high mobility mode" or whatever it was called in the D'stance kit would be interesting to have, but I'd prefer if if they didn't. Imagine ppl here battying about hands and legs popping off in battroid mode or a locking mechanism that breaks after a few transformations.

Pretty cool. But that hole up front in tank mode where the head goes into, i suppose that's the driver's seat....doesn't that cover up in reality?

I'm quite sure the YF-21 will be a pretty light valk compared to previous releases. (not sure if its gonna be lighter than SV-51 though) This valk will be quite a challenge to make for it to be able to stand and hold a pose. Getting my 1/72 YF-21 to stand in either battroid or gerwalk mode was a nightmare that took an hour or so. >_<
