There hasn't? I tot it was part of the release on release day, after initial pre-orders. My bad then. I didnt pickup the first time cos was balancing the budget, so in the bright side, there is a chance roy would be re-issued? but i aint holding my breath.

Since this is the first edition with stand, there should be another release without the stand, keep your eyes open. Like the HMR vf-1s release.

I know battroid mode pics are coming, but Gerwalk mode FTW! I do wish bandai made the emblem on the DX bigger.....It would be so much cooler with a larger emblem on the back, especially in battroid.. thanks for making the 31S even more desirable saburo...

That must be what the tab just in front of the landing bay doors is for. When the connection piece tabs in and also not detached from the swing bar, then you cant rotate the hips, as the swing bar is locked in. So, to rotate the hips, just unconnect the swing bar from the connection piece. My question is whether that connection piece is also still a part of the leg bar connecting the 2 legs.

For lancer, seeing how the structure is in place and only need to tweak certain parts, wont discount an early 2019 release, Jan even? Bets on March/april tho.

Looks like that open mouthed connecting piece will tab into the slot just in front of the leading gear bay door, enabling the hips to swivel. Is that connecting piece still connected to the cross bar of leg joints, when the leg strut bar is snapped onto the teeth in the nose cavity? If it isn't, that would be an important piece not to lose!! gosh....

I dont thk so, else it would have been listed as a 'gimmick'. Tho it would be pretty funny if you turn hikaru's head around, arms up and posed the fighter flying like that.

In the article, basically tenjin-san's experience in real world aircraft (i presume during the macross plus days) designed the tampo's to increase the atmosphere of the aircraft! Take that to mean no steps everywhere lol....

Hope the DX is as nice as a custom kit. Bandai sure likes playing coy on the E and the A (as in kit and DX supers).

It was not something i pondered abt, but as a kid i tot he was trans *shrugs* and not merely a cross dresser... all of that didnt matter as much as he had blades on his arms and missile pods on the chest!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Thats art. The other aspect of better tampo are higher resolution prints, vibrant color range, fit to edges or resistance to fading/peeling amongst many things. This to bandai's credit, I have seen them improve. Just looking at the sv-262 and the recent 31a gold wings on the skull leader emblem or the delta valks, that wow feeling you get when u notice the tampo while unboxing the valk. Knock on wood, so far I feel bandai is on a roll and deserves the title of tampo-king for their quality of tampo. edit* just realised this is an arcadia thread. So, in no way reflective of arcadia's efforts and not comparing the behemoth that is bandai in terms of resources.
