I can’t recall if the hip bar connection piece is removable? From the pic there seems to be a brown piece at the back of the nosecone...

No worries almost every macross release news, makes me revisit the series again especially on YouTube... And every feeling I had watching before comes rushing back...

Ok m confused now. I tot the series 1 armor didn't fit double seaters(as in the ve1/vt1 nosecone was too long), and the series 2 was to resolve that. So fext is saying actually everything fits, and the updates were merely adapters for the back boosters?

I kinda hoped that they included floating minmay and hikaru as well...you know to mimic the floating beneath the open canopy during free fall....it was those touches to the animation that made macross, MACROSS!

The new armours are meant to be for two seaters...hence the colors... my question is the opposite...can it fit well on single seaters...if I want to have different colors on other valks... btw any word yet on when the orange armors are able to be ordered?

I hope so! The 1D appeared in so many scenarios in first 3 episodes... a potential candidate for HMR to follow like the RD gundam a.n.i.m.e release gimmicks.... In fact i wouldn't mind shelling a bit more to have all gimmicks in represented.... lets see next week, if a 1D promo page comes up, on what gimmicks will be there...but am not setting my expectations high... p.s. looking at the promo pic tho, i dont see where a broken arm gimmick can exist, unless the whole arm can be replaced, which i thk isnt likely .. Heheh a POLL listing come true! Now a regult scout would do nicely for a shift back to the baddies... The 1D does seem a logical release choice for bandai, soon after the ostrich, which had similiar color scheme. Just continue the production line with a few tweaks..... I really do hope they get the color evenly on now though....Yes more HMR would be nicer to the wallet too!

I didnt even know the current HMR fuselages were removable.... I thk it would be awesome if there was some way, and perhaps 3D printing an attachment piece, if the fuselage does come off?

if only..........what are the chances this might happen for HMR?? btw, i never noticed/ or maybe i forgot, that the 1D has 2 radio antennae on the back...

Hmm...its the basic vf-1 and bandai has released more complicated valks than this, how wrong can it get....*knocks on wood!* only areas of concern is the new detachable bar for the hips and....tampo? Scale wise i dont think a larger scale will pose that much of issues...

I do hope they attempt to balance the colors tho, since its already known. Whoa its an April general release. With the vf-4 releasing in March next year, thats a double dose of HMR in 2 consecutive months... Pre-orders should be opening up perhaps next week or 1st week of december......
