hello all, here is what yamato should have done ...take a look tell me what to you think?

hell all, well i for one have always loved the elusive alpha fighter. i was going to collect the old 80's one's but i have never been a fan of 80's toys, at least the way they made and produced them. they were always a bit too bulky for me and didn't correctly capture the somewhat human form of the series. to be frank they look really crappy. i don't play with these things, so for me i need something that is highly detailed and very displayable and i think that toynami got it just right with the alpha series. which is why i thank god for Yamato and to a certain extent toynami. personally, i think their alpha's look fantastic, but their VF's look like hammered ...well you know the rest. anyway i will definately be getting these alpha's alan.

yeah here's a tip.. display it...don't play with it like some of the geeks in this forum

hello all, i decided to put this in the toys section beacsue i used this product on my 1/60's and 48's anyway...the product is called "Goof Off 2" i know that it sounds stupid but it works like a charm!!!! no more scrubing with this baby, just fill in the panel lines with a perminent marker preferably a "Sharpie" then spray some on a towel or whatever and just whipe away...panel lines stay and you still have the original white of the valk with out any smuges or darkening of the surface area. you can get it at the home depot ...for about $4.95 and well worth it. it also helps if you mess up on paint jobs!!! tomm i will take pics of some of the jobs i have done. they look incredible!!! hope you all try this one alan.

hello all... though i regret his passing...why does the media call it breaking news? as though it was a great surprise. i think most of us knew that he was near death. arg!!!! i just hate the sensationalism.. i don't feel sad for those who have passed who had lived extraordinary lives...they are lucky...we should all be so lucky. still out of respect for the office and position he held and his place in our history i salute the man. my condolances to the family alan.

hey all, personally...i think the movies were doomed when they (A) gave life to jarjar!!! (B) killed of Qui Gon Jihn..... did i spell that right? in any event he brought a little seriousness to the first movie. © cast hyden Christiansen in the second movie...i hate his winy ass!!! should have gone with Rick Schrodoer of NYPD blue. (D) all this freaking CG, makes the films look like a well made up hooker!!! one last thing...for MR. lucas, do us all a favor, as far as story line is concerened. go down to your local block buster or hollywood video, rent Nights of the Old Republic, and for god sake man...take some notes!!!!!!!!!!!

nuclear propultion? does that mean that every valk has a mini reactor.....? if so where would the fuel rods go...? how do they regulate radioactive isotopes? just wondering?
