Time to rewatch DYRL for some hand-drawn animation goodness. It is sad to see Disney giving up Hand-Drawn Animation however that is the way western animation are moving into.

I used to play games (PS2, PC) for 18 hours (24hours - sleep time) when I was off school during the college years. When I started to work, I only can play 1-2 hours per day... Sleep is more important than game for me right now.

It is decent if they take out the HK style way of talking part. I really hate when the characters talk like they are gangster from HK.

I live in Canada... so probadly I will not see it on Canadian cable/satellite either. (... wait for BT, i guess) The quality of RT:SC is determined by $$$... I wonder how much HG is paying for it? Is HG rich enough to pull it off?

I have a really dumb question I wanna ask: Before the Columbia accident, the Space Shuttle fleet flew many times and never have a problem with the fuel tank's foam... then how come suddenly the foam is a weakest link of the whole Space Shuttle program? Is the foam that weak since the first space shuttle mission?

When will Rockstar admit that they forgot to remove the Hot Coffee minigames... As for the Sims 2... Today's kids can buy playboy (and have sex) whenever they want so what is the point of banning a life simulator with unrealistic CG characters... If I am a parent, I will watch over what my kids play (and even play with them). It is the parents responsibility to teach the kids what is right and wrong. I agree with you. There is no point of only blaming GTA. If the US government going to do something... change the whole entertainment industry, ban porn/sex content from TV, Internet and every single digital media...

Just watched the trailer 2... here is some of my thoughts: 1. The character designs are not unique. It looks so plain and flat (A common problem of American-design-wannabe-anime/manga) which means it doesn't have it's own character design style like other Anime. (Because RT:SC didn't hire a Japanese character designer) 2. MOSPEADA 2 3. No new mech design? 4. You call that weak-designed ship, SDF-3? Mr.Kawamori will not be very happy about it. 5. If I cannot watch RT:SC for free (no VOD or POV or DVD) on TV, I will not watch it. Last, I will not consider RT:SC as anime.

Last time I heard Crossbone Gundam is on top of the "Next UC era OVA to be done" list. (according to those otaku in 2ch)

Gundam, for better or for worse, will never die. We may never get another good UC story, sure... but when the SEED universe has outlived its financial usefulness, another "reinvention" will occur, a new Gundam alternate universe will be born, and legions of 12 year old fans who either haven't watched the originals are don't appreciate the originals because they're not fully of flashy new animation will post things like "New-character-X would totally PWN Amuro!" or "WTF?! OH ok... Dr.Movie can guarantee us some good battle CG . So, I guess the rest of what we need to concern is the story and the 2D part Tatsunoko handles.

What happened to SEED MSV ova... It is supposed to be the next decent Gundam show. (actually SEED is pretty decent compared to SEED Destiny...)

I did not know that, good info. 311708[/snapback] HG claims they own a lot of things... however, VF and rest of the Macross designs are owned by Big West. (and Bandai, in some way ) ------------------------------- The only concern I have for Shadow Force is the quality. Tatsunoku hasn't done any great/good/worth watching anime lately. They are not in a good shape of creating any high quaility animation. (They can... but they need a lot of $$$) If HG is being cheap, a lot of animation will be done in Korea and China (at some small size animation studio) which is not something we want to see. Also, the result of being cheap will cause the quality of the CG. It wouldn't be as good as, let say... Macross Zero or even Transformer GalaxyForce. (not unless they hire Gonzo/Production IG/Sunrise)
