    Yep, that was how I finally rationalized it. I still plan to display the three I have in all modes naked, but you never know I could get a itch one day lol.

    Hrmmm, not sure how I feel about the new white on these new DYRL VF-1 variants. On one hand I could see why they would do it. It will be a bit easier to distinguish the Yamato from the Arcadia. On the other hand I wish they would have color matched the Yamato DYRL valks. I already have all of the Yamato ones and was kinda hoping to maybe get dupes for all and have multiples in one display in different modes, I wonder if it will be noticeable when they are side by side.

    My kids are a bit older now, but they always knew not to open any of the cases in fear of their little lives lol. I am pretty lucky in that regard. I have 3 of them and I expected to one day have a problem with them touching my toys, but they respect that they are for looking at and not playing with. They also know how dear to me the Macross stuff is so lucky me I guess.

    Seriously I hate that I need 2x, but as long as they are released in a month that is light on pre-orders I will be very pleased. I need to get off of this multiple of each release thing lol.

    I wouldn't go as far as worrying about the YF-19, but yeah it is strange move on Arcadia's part. I would think by now they would realize how picky we Macross toy collectors are and would not go backwards in terms of the tampo printing. Plus I have dupes already that include the missing details.

    Yeah Jenius, I just don't get it. I kinda felt the same way about the kites on the VF-17 series as well.

    I was worried about the kite also, I pre-ordered 2 anyway though, thinking they would fix it sooner or later.

    I'm really not a sticker guy and leave the stickers on the sheets, so weird they would leave a tampo detail out. I think one of the only reasons I was pushed over was the stand and the extra parts for battroid mode. Hrmm I better decide if I want to keep the pre-order one these, as I already have 2x of the DYRL VF-1S Roy. I guess I could leave this one in battroid mode and put my original roy back into fighter mode which has the rainbow canopy that I was fond of. Freaking decisions lol.

    I broke down and pre-ordered this even though I have 2x now. I could not resist lol. I told myself I was not going to get the Arcadia DYRL Roy and Hikaru 1S's as I did not need them, but Arcadia wins.

    I ended up breaking down and pre-ordering this even though I own the the one that came with the super/strike parts and the flashlight. I held out for a while but the addiction caught me.

    Valkyrie addict forgot to mention that the "Ugly" 30th anniversary 1/60 VF-1J (Arcadia's first release) can still be found at HLJ. If you are interested in anything Macross Frontier in toy form Bandai is the only game in town. If you seek these out make sure they are "Renewal" valks which I consider to be V2's, except for the VF-27. The 27 is more like a 1.5 release. Hope that helps a bit.

    Yeah I was referring to that one too I just figured if it was a jet fire we would detect more red/black/white.

    Has anyone here had there NY 25-G super parts actually ship yet? Mine went to preparing pretty fast, but I have not seen a shipping notice yet.

    That looks way more like a VF-1 than a Jet fire, but yeah the point is moot.

    Yes, I ran in to the shipping problem a while a go. I ended order 3x 171's from them and asked to combine and they said no. I cancelled the order then added 3x to cart and also saved money as they lowered the price lol. was able to get them all in the same box.

    If that 1/35 is actually a GFFMC I could see having to sell one of my kids into slavery to afford it LOL. Looks cool regardless.

    Kawamori was pretty adamant with Yamato making the Mac 7 VF-19 series shiny too, maybe he had something to do with it? I would prefer all my valks to be matte but what can I do?
