  1. Nothing new....Rinkya is just the perfect place where stupidity is given an unbridled platform for some of their customer's lack of better judgement

That's a good idea....I always thought that they might do that with these two as well....

    What about when....
  4. Similar idea...but would require some photoshop editing/blending of multiple photos... plus something like this.... under neath the cannons....
  5. Cool...maybe sub the Scout Regult for the Large Missile Regult?

Bandai released an HMR Monster....a VF-2SS...twice....a VF-4 Lightning, FB2012 no less!.....and just recently a VF-1D........but all of them were teased in some form or other by Bandai at some point... I think waiting a bit longer for the Tomahawk and Phalanx in exchange for a VF-4 and VF-1D was a fair trade.... The Tomahawk, Phalanx, N-Ger and more will come......eventually....but apparently not on any of our schedules I guess if HMR was the only line of Macross you collected, it could be frustrating waiting for any particular mech... Solution........just collect other Macross stuff to pass the time inbetween Macross HMR releases!
  7. I'd like to see this one.... I think this background would work for it..... With thre exception of the Scout Regult....everything else can be posed and photoshop'd into it...
  8. Yes...the problem was that guys with cool Macross toys and the willingness to pose them were a dime a dozen.....guys with your photoshop skills and the time to devote them to this project were...well, just you! Anyway...what was created was great, so hopefully more can be posted!

As seen on the pages of Titan Comics Robotech!!! Order yours now!!!
  11. Was the "bad guy" question referring to mecha or characters? It's just 2 releases, but so far I think they do better figs than PT toys. Then again, the enemy mechs don't transform. As long as they can keep the various thrusters and cannons from popping off, they could be OK.
  12. They also have plans on releasing the destroids....time will tell
  13. Nothing released since 1984....but I'm sure it's out there
  14. Old news....posted just over 2 years ago....LOL
  15. Let's hope Bandai has enough intel to know they could at least sell enough for a minimum production run for it
  16. Hasn't that started already with other franchises. It's just a matter of time before Disney gets in on the action, especially since Disney seems to have some agreement to the Miyazaki film collection releases outside Japan. Visually, they could probably do a good job with Miyazaki's films. The fan project seems to show that the original visuals translate incredibly well into live-action. Something that I think Macross wouldn't without significant changes.
  17. Bandai probably hasn't received enough retailer requests for more "shelf-warmers" and "poor sellers".....
  18. Disney will start making live-action Miyazake movies next... This "fan" project looks excellent.....it's amazing how well the animation translates practicallly "as-is" to film....

  20. ...and to further make yourself appear more uninformed you point out that "growing up" in the 80's is an excuse for being ignorant of anything that came before...
