    What a great ending and a great payoff to any Star Wars fans that have been following the animated series and not just the movies....the last scene must be a WTF moment for many viewers...

    Another 30+ year Macross Collector Quest comes to an end.... I finally was able to track down the final 3 pieces from the mini diecast Macross figurine set...the SDF-1, the Destroid Spartan, and the Destroid Defender... These little guys proved more difficult to find than Sith Holocrons...err...I mean Sith "Wayfinders"! The list of known figs.... 1. VF-1J Battroid 2. Glaug 3. Regult 4. Tomahawk 5. Defender 6. large GBP-1J 7. small GBP-1J 8. SDF-1 9. Spartan

    OK, "good" thing I asked...really picks up after the second episode.....looks like I have another reason to hang onto Netflix....

    Brings to mind Emperor Palpatine's and Vader's scene from ESB....a powerful ally indeed! Now that the film has been released....there would be no reason not to establish that certain Imperial officers are fully aware that the Emperor is still alive....I wouldn't be surprised to see the Emperor make an appearance in The Mandalorian...

    Has that been revealed...that they were Sith...or just "Sith worshippers"...like the non-force sensitive members of the Church of the Force that was referred to in TFA? It was quite a good visual to see them all gathered and chanting....although it just opens up another whole can of worms... I suppose if some survived and actually had Force powers, they could be the basis of the next series of films.... Also, were all the Sith Star Destroyers destroyed? I would think that the "Rebels" would have wanted to try and save/help the crews since many would have been originally abducted as children.... You are right...MANY MORE BOOKS TO FOLLOW....TOO MANY PLOT HOLES TO LEAVE UNFILLED...

    ha! I really don't mind getting spoiled...and for the most part it seems that most movies end up being just slightly different from the leaks, etc... ...but for TROS....they literally had "good" info on every single scene in the movie....I do not think I have ever read a full script leak that actually ended up being 100% FACT...the dialogue was just about the only missing bit...and they even leaked some of that too...it's almost as if Disney just didn't care

    Sounds like you managed to stay away from all of leaks...but the movie was actually summed up weeks before the movie was released...literally, from start to finish..ALL OF IT...

    Just completed the first 2 episodes and not really into it....does it get any better? I have zero background info on the novels or games. I'll check out a few more episodes. May have to ditch Netflix, as I have nothing else on it that interests me...other than maybe Stranger Things.

    Next new mold MUST be the TV SDF-1.........if Arcadia is the boutique collectible purveyor everyone seems to be insinuating in order to rationalize their pricing structure, then the TV SDF-1 would surely fall into the "boutique" category of a high-end collectible....limited release....high price....and still would completely sell out....

    No better way for a "critic" to call attention to him/her-self than to disparage a movie that is more or less universally liked by the fans of such things.....in other words....bashing Star Wars and defending it are more or less the same thing.....just sad attempts at calling attention to yourself and/or getting likes/views on YouTube...

    Was thinking the same thing.....I will buy the stand alone release of TROS to complete my collection of sequel movies.... The only "fancy" set I would sort of buy again...would be an official release of all of the OT films as they were presented on screen on their day of release

    LOL...who still needs to be "sold" on Star Wars being "really that good"? Not only has it dated well...stood the test of time....is still relevant....and kickstarted the greatest franchise of all time! Additionally, not much else that has come after it...in terms of its sequels, prequels...has been able to match it
