To me the "real" final happened on Saturday: Portugal vs. Germany. Great fight - and 4 regular goals. -i-

Very interesting cross-link. So the planet Fairy created the Jam because the humans had an image of a mysterious, anonymous enemy within them? -i-

Rant Warning: Need More Sci Fi!
electric indigo replied to wolfx's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Does anybody remember Silent Running? A good newer film I've seen recently is "Immotel (ad vitam)" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0314063/ made by french comic artist Enki Bilal. I wholeheartly agree with the critics that the CG characters sucked big time, but there's so much more in this movie, a beautiful mood of urban decay, bizarre imagery, a totally unique artistic vision. And the movie doesn't insult the intelligence and the imagination of the audience by explainnig everything A - Z. -i- -

I picked up work on the Falken. Airbrushing is done, now I accentuate the panel lines with a pencil and pastel chalk.

The kit is finished, now it's wallpaper time! Wallpapers: 1024 x 768 1280 x 1024

The Eagle is a classic, thanks for refreshing the memories. I recently rebuilt my old Airfix kit of the eagle's little brother, the Mark IX "Hawk".

Name Some Of Your Favorite Starship Designs.
electric indigo replied to UN Spacy's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
UN Spacy, the Britannica is from the Lensmen movie, and the Strega comes from the PSX shooter "Philosoma". If you have more pics of the Strega, feel free to post them Now my personal faves are *looks around at his model shelves* -the ships from the classic Battlestar Galactica (Battlestar, Basestar, Raider + Viper) -the Buck Rogers Starfighter (they don't build spaceships today like they did in the late 70's) -Sulaco from "Aliens" -Copperhead and Black Boa from the Final Fantasy movie -Minerva from "Crusher Joe" -i- -
Phantastic work, Kurisama. The Octos is a pretty complex design, and you're doing great with the little reference that is available. -i-
