  1. The VF-1 Valkyrie. As far back as I can recall, I have always had dreams of being able to just look up into the sky and take off like a bird, then return to the mundane later. When I first saw the multi-mode Valkyrie, I was in complete rapture. -Oh, and the stories are good also...
  2. If it wasn't for the fact that modern T-Formers had detachable parts to prevent breakage, my 'Prime never would've made it out of the box alive. I am starting to wish however, that I had bought the Japanese version instead. I didn't think that the short stacks would bother me, but they just look so wrong. -Question: In truck mode, is the second grill underneath 'Prime supposed to just barely clear the ground?
  3. This is excellent news. Now, I can finally play DOA Volleyball...
  4. Yeah, but can you actually find 'Optimus at those locations? Not here in San Diego anyways.
  5. I'd have to go with the current and only toy-incarnation of the YF-21 from Yamato. I wish they could've modeled the toy in the same manner as the D'Stance YF-21, as that design was true to the sleekest and, in my opinion, the most beautiful Valkyrie ever. Yamato's version redefines the Chunky Monkey moniker. As for the 'Chevy bashing, I hate to agree but I must-my '97 Z28 convertible has been nothing but trouble since I brought it home. I hope that GM's American "REvoloution" promotion means that they've revoloutionized their quality control also.......
  6. I've forgotten the title of it, but I like the song that plays in the End of Evangelion, as the world's population begins to dissolve and fuse into one...
  7. You forgot to put 'Prime on that list....
  8. Director's cut, eh? What are we talking about here-is it more story or just more fan service?
  9. They haven't officially killed that project yet, as there are still a few more congressional or political or whatever you wanna' call them-steps to take...
  10. I drew the line on Combiners when vehicle Voltron came out back in the '80s. This stuff here? It's just a mess....
  11. I feel as if my '60s are obsolete, so I may try to sell them or something....
  12. The picture isn't clear enough, but it could be Serenity, Wicked Pictures starlett? Anyways, I'm sure they would've announced anything special by now....
  13. Humongous Baboon? I am not amused........
  14. I wonder if the inner jaw shoots out and hands you a DVD?
  15. 200%? What is that supposed to mean, and how did you arrive at that number?
  16. Dude how could you come close to even thinking that, ever. You might as well have said Mike Tyson is a pussy. Mike Tyson IS a pussy. Anyone who has to beat up a girl.......... Wow. Four pages of trash talk and about 2 people have seen the movie.
  17. Let me see if I understand this....someone is actually complaining about Ali Sama's avatar?
  18. Well, watching DYRL I learned that beer cans make good missiles.....

    Toss up between valks

The only other thing in life that is more beautiful than a naked Valkyrie in fighter mode is a naked woman in seduction mode, perhaps in the form of Kelly Brook or Nikki Cox, perhaps. The GBP thing is kinda' cool but I just don't get it-it's just a big bulky robot with no dynamic flight capabilities...
  20. Or Tripod.....
  21. Final Countdown......Is that the movie where the modern, nuclear powered 'carrier goes back through time? Well if it is, the Tomcats never got to fight the Zeroes....er, I mean slaughter them... Actually, how would a confrontation like that go down? Missiles would be out of the question because the targeting software wouldn't recognize the targets right? It would have to be an all-out dogfight, and a scary one for the Zeroes at that.....
  22. Or at least Jessica Simpson......

    Another newbie.

Your wariness is understandable yet ultimately not needed. As detailed and complicated and as close to perfect as the '48 is, any mortal man that would seek to handle this Valkyrie must exercise extreme caution and care. Don't just limit yourself to the '55s; they're a must for the Valkyrie fanatic but your collection should hardly stop there. You could skip the '60 series, with exception to the 'Ostrich and 'Seeker Valkyries, but skipping the '48s is out of the question. Just be caring and patient and the mythical '48 transformation will be a successful one....
  24. Gotta' have faith and patience with the '21. Are you playing with the Fast Pak version? Just try to take it one step at a time and get to know the Valkyrie well. If you give it a chance, it will work out in the end.....
  25. It's still a beautiful Valkyrie though......
