    Thanks for the information, I'll check it out that lighting setup. The color changing lights does appeal to me, but not sure if I would use it all that much or would I...? Thank you for the link and information. I would be down to do a DIY custom setup. I am in the initial planning stages of the how to setup the detolfs. Yes, please post photos of your WIP, it will help greatly with ideas. Hahaha... I am doing that same thing. The easy mounting really appeals to me, and also looking at the possible failure of the light. Having a self contained system that I could just buy a replacement would be great. Very nice setup, I like that is really clean! The light bars are on the back of the shelves, it keeps the view of the figures uncluttered. My question is since the lights are in the back, how well does it illuminate the front of the figures. I am planning to buy 4 Detolfs (that's all I can fit into the area). I'll have a fun weekend project, building, setting up the lighting, moving them into place and setting up the Valks.

    Nice display Gakken! I'll hopefully be picking up my detolfs this month. I am trying to figure out how to setup the lighting for them. I would like to ask how do you and other members have their lighting setup? Please post pics.

    Great purchases everyone! Now that your wife has gotten the Macross bug, it will be easier to get more display cases or attempt to make more space.

    That is cool! You must have a great time during Halloween. My friend is a Horror movie fanatic too. He is dressing up as Freddy Krueger and his son are dressing up as Jason Voorhees. I have seen the pics of parts of his costume. I know the Freddy sweater he got that was custom made for him to match the sweater in the movie perfectly, he's hardcore into it. His son's costume is on the same level as his stuff.

    The gunpod looks terrible, you should send it to me and I'll send you back a normal colored gunpod. Your darkened gunpod looks so much better with the Ozma color scheme and the your modifications to the paint scheme looks awesome! Can't wait to see your photos of it completed with or without super parts.

    haha... Anything to get the shot... worst case scenario, broken arm, broken camera and broken Valk... Haha..

    As with everyone above I had the same issue, I had to fiddle with it and got it into place. Check to make sure the ball joint is in the correct position.

    Thank you and I'll take that shot for you, I'll see if I can get to it this weekend or next weekend for sure. My friend asked me to take pics of his Sengoku Astray his just completed. Nice!! Tony Stark is not happy with Ozma blocking him in the shot.

    Nice shots no3ljm! Badass x2 Yep, the Yetistands make it much easier (less dangerous lol) to get these kind of shots. Without them I'd be balancing on step stool to get the shot. Now I must watch that video again.

    The sword on Prime is from a Hasbro Generations (Fall of Cybertron) Ultra Magnus, the sword and gun from UM combine to form the larger sword. You can see UM holding the 2 weapons in the picture. Thank you, glad you enjoy the photos, because I love time taking them.

    Thank you. Both the Hasbro and Takara versions of that Prime are high, the Takara version is insanely priced. Glad I got mine when they are still cheap.

    Not a 3P, its the Takara UN-01 Optimus Prime Cybertron Mode (War for Cybertron). Here he is with FoC Ultra Magnus and some trinket medallion I have.

    Haha... thanks and sorry. Sounds like you have the plan ready for the Ozma 29, it was great to see all of the changes you will be making... it will also make the stock 29 seem so plain. I don't have the patience, skill and courage to do that. I just have to live through the photos your and WM weathered Valks. BTW your flickr page is amazing!

    I am pretty sure they'll release repaints, to maximize the mold. As for them tied to major characters, I am pretty sure Bandai will just tie it in. Much like the YF-29 30th Memorial edition. I wouldn't be surprised to see an Ozma Yf-30 and maybe even a Focker color scheme.

    I agree, if Bandai were greedy to release a set of all the different Frontier gun pods molded in gunmetal I would buy it.
