Thom Posted March 7, 2024 Posted March 7, 2024 Good news, for the most part. I did like it, but there are things I hope they change, such as some better writing. There were quite a few moments of old cheese in there. I imagine they were trying to copy some humor from the animated series and it just didn't carry over well. Another is the actors playing Sokka and Zuko... Spoiler ...need to do a lot better - or they need to go. Sokka just seems aimless and there just for comic relief that isn't funny. Then there's Zuko... I much prefer the movie version, who came off as a dangerous hot head, whereas this one is just super whiny and full of frustrated complaining. If those actors can do better, then great, but if not...
