Last year's Cosplay Mania, my sis and her friends completed the protagonists of Delta

 

but this year theyve gone a little smaller and cosplayed a 4-member band

Nice Fire Bomber costumes and instruments. As a guitarist myself, I wonder if people who make guitar props like these start with an actual guitar? Maybe just the neck?

in my case i started from scratch. i watched some guitar luthier videos on youtube & i tried to reference the real macross 7 guitars as much i could. i was very happy our Basara knew how to play guitar so it looked like he was actually playing something

My sister is Veffidas, she cosplayed as Reina on the Delta group!
