If you look at the bottom right hand corner of each post there's a grey square with a zero in it. If you click the little green arrow next to it you'll vote the post up and add a point to the persons reputation score. Edited December 17, 2011 by anime52k8

Since the mods have disabled negative votes, the results end up being horribly skewed. For example, if a member were to post a million troll posts and just fifteen good posts, they'd have a sterling reputation.
