vf1_soulja Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Ok, I've been occupied with other hobbies that it seems I've missed out on the 1/48 VF1J Hikkie valk (one in the blue box, not the Super version). Now I find out there's a re-release coming out this December. So, long story short... Is there a listing of all the released and future releases of Yamato 1/48 mecha? (already searched the threads to no avail) I'm a completist collector and missed out on the VF1J.

Everything exactly like the 3rd Issue including the slightly crooked skull on the tail fin.

They're cashing in on the GBP armor. 332857[/snapback] The Hikaru VF-1S, in my opinion, will not be reissued because: 1. The Roy VF-1S is the most popular ( 5 releases). They would have released the hikkie by now. 2. You could buy a hikaru vf-1a and roy vf-1s and swap the heads and 001 wings (instant hikaru vf-1s). 3. I remember a time when someone was offering these for like $100 each, at at time when the other previous 1/48's were like $125. The only other time any 1/48 was cheaper was with the max vf-1a. They were being offered only for $85 - $90 each. Not too popular, hence I believe the max vf-1a's wont be reissued either.
