Aoshima Tread is a good news indeed. but i hope they improve on the leg joints and more importantly deal with that UGLY cockpit on the robot chest !!! parts swapping is fine for me if they cant do anything about it.

hmm "Riding Suit figure set".... its just the figures. take note it doesn't come with the bike. but this might be interesting for people who want to build an armor of green soldiers...

yui1107: thanks for those awesome SC pics!! hmmm I thought Mospeada was shown on Friday evenings? can't really remember, but i have mospeada taped haha i think we're about the same age. The weird thing about the Mandarin dubbed Macross is that they called Hikaru Ichijyo "Rick", but it follows the original story. I didn't know we have robotech on english channel, but i saw some RT episodes on Malaysian channels much later in the 90s i think. As for SC, i'd have to admit i didn't like it the first time i saw it on TV as a kid. the reasons are exactly what was already pointed out - i couldn't relate to a girl as the main role, and most of the mecha look ugly except for the Auroran and Spartas. Nothing really stands out, except for the triplets and trinity theme. One of the kissdum mecha reminds me of Logan.

That's the thing, its really a matter of opinion. Whether the flower seedings in a vast open field will actually affect humans is not mentioned. The story's open ending doesn't really suggest either way. The Zor left up in space are even of a less concern. Not all Zor are soldiers, and almost all bio-energy were used in that last attack, so they couldn't attack if they wanted to. IIRC the bio-energy also serves to control (brain-wash) the Zor, so without it, the Zor people will be harder to control and organize. And it seems most of the Zor civilians do not wish to fight. Without bio-energy, they will have to land and live on the planet. And co-exist with the humans.

hahah i remember i saw it on TV on saturdays, but i don't remember the nekkid scene Maybe i missed the episode, but i got the DVD now Mospeada's nekkid Aisha scene was the one i remembered vividly ok, enough of nekkid scenes and lolicons... storywise, the Zor were doomed since they were seriously low on energy, but I've always wondered about the fate for the humans. Some people suggested that they were affected by the flower, but I'm leaning towards a happy ending for the humans. I'm also looking for the ending song...

dunno if its too late but just to give my input. I bought something from them, and i noticed that both the box and the container inside was double-taped, so i suspect i received a used item. The item itself looks quite new though (maybe because the product is new in the first place) so i didn't complain. Other than that, i agree with the above - item was received in excellent condition. some recent bootlegs are really very well-made, so you gotta be careful where u buy from. What are you buying from them? (if you don't mind)

thanks for your reviews jenius! one thing about the CM'S legioss in fighter mode, it is possible to align the arms so that there are no gaps between them. OR we can leave a gap, maybe add that extra missile pod in between them. I like the different options and i usually place the legioss fighter without the gap. IMO this is good design and engineering, we don't see this feature in any other legioss toy or model. I'm not sure if you mentioned this in your reviews or if anybody else find this feature worth mentioning, although i agree the CM'S legioss has other flaws such as the knee joints.

Regarding lack of detail for CM'S Legioss and Tread, its not true. People who own one or seen one up close will notice a lot of details on the CM'S.

Just can't get over that chest. I expect at least some interchangeable part if they can't hide that cockpit. This is the one thing that's stopping me from buying the toynami beta. Maybe some one can customize it. So Mog, I hope you keep your avatar. It sure looks nicer.

The box set i was talking about is not a bundled set of several boxes. It comes in ONE box (much wider than a normal box) containing all 3 types of the black types, but i think you can only chose to assemble it in one form at any one time. drifand, u can go down and take a look. i saw it at the "local importer" i hope its still there and i think its a limited release so u might want to get it since you're a CM'S collector (2 blue notes ).

Today i saw a Box Set of Shinobu's + Type 21/31 "Dark" Mospeadas. If i'm not wrong, the box includes only parts for ONE type - i.e. you can chose to assemble it as Dark Mospeada Type 21 or 31 or Shinobu's. Also comes with Shinobu's helmetless head.

Yes i like Scylla Io alot! I got both versions of Poseidon but the Royal Ornament version is much much nicer - the armor is very shiny unlike the very dull look on the normal Poseidon. It has been a looooong time we last had very shiny Myth Cloth (esp the metal parts), but what a price to pay... Hades Aquarius

"Dark Mospeada" from Megahouse to be out in late Feb 2009. Comes with bigger tyres (similar to Yellow's Blowspieror) and improved elbow joints (similar to Yellow's). [this color scheme was never shown in the original anime. Near the end of the series, there were Dark Legioss and Treads but we've never seen a dark colored Mospeada. The lady spy was using a different model: Bartley - similar to Houquet's but in dark colored scheme.] This new one is different from the limited exclusive black Mospeada that was released - that exclusive is all black. more pics: http://www.amiami.com/shop?vgForm=ProductI...ate=review.html Still waiting for their Houquet / Shinobu versions (Bartley) for a loooooooong time now. Regarding the CM'S toys, both were limited exclusives at different events. I'd be interested in that toy if the price is right but... you might want to know these "green" uniformed soldiers did appear in the anime . Check out the last 2nd episode - there are so many of them, basically everyone else is wearing green. We see them riding both T and F versions.

The Mospeadas (Stick and Rey types) are the most common, we see other soldiers using both versions from time to time in the show. IIRC, i've never seen a black Mospeada in the anime though... they're always the same lime green. The Bartley used by the spy/recon Shinobu is black, and i wonder if its becoz she's a spy, she's from moon base, or because of the new black/gray color scheme used by the "Dark Legioss" so maybe all mecha after that follow the same color scheme. Maybe it has stealth capabilities but i doubt it.

I've never heard of a Shaina release. Are you referring to Athena Saori? Saori is to be released in Feb 2009. Or maybe you saw some customized or photoshopped picture of Shaina. PS > so the DX VF-25 isn't popular? it looks ok IMO.
