BTW, after the SW1, the Nyan Nyan restaurant was succeeded by Yo-chan (the little boy neighbour of Minmay from 1st ep of the very first macross), and Yo-chan expanded it into a chain-restaurant found on Earth and many (all?) migration cities. Which explains why Nyan Nyan is found on MF too. Love that chinese Qi-Pao dress

Druna Skass: There's no ONE artbook with ALL MHs. You will have to get most of the Character Books. The latest is Smoke Walls (Character XI). Knight Flags (Character X) is a very thick book with lots of mech, IMO very very worth the price! These character books are in Japanese, mostly about the characters and story guide. Akilae: U must be talking about the older Wave plastic kits, they aren't really so good - but for that price... The newer 1/144 LEDs are very good though. And as for the story, we're already in the middle of The Majestic Stand.

TwinkiePlatter: That's the KOG 2 or Patraqushe Mirage (yeh, no one can spell that right! ). Not to be confused with KOG II, which is actually ver 11 of the first KOG. IMO, the Patraqushe Mirage has a more menacing look! B) Jinnai: If you're talking about all those in the "KOG Series", yeh, there are some more in the series - Will (Upper & Lower), MMT Vinus, but I wouldn't really consider them the Knight of Gold. Oh yes, the english version of the manga was released quite some time ago, now vol 13-14 should be out already. The story is very complex, but yet very interesting. The mecha designs are superb, I would say the most elegant mecha designs to date! There is a release of the animated movie in DVD recently. I believe you are referring to Knight of Gold ver 3. There are actually only 2 KOGs, the 2nd one will be built later in the story. It is common to have upgrades to the mechas (known as Mortar Headds or MHs), thus the version number. Hey guys, thanks for your patience in answering my newbie questions. Now I know the big picture regarding PC, protodeviln, zentredi and the supervision army. So the supervision army never appeared in any of the animated series huh? I would also like to see this Froating Head picture. haha!

Any fans of Five Star Stories here? The creator is Mamoru Nagano, also designer of L-Gaim and many other mechs in Zeta Gundam (Quebeley, HyakuShiki, Rick Dias, Ahgama, etc) I'm a big fan, hoping to meet other fans of FSS here. B)

Errmm... what is protodevlin? Are they a race like the proto culture? Are Zentradi still under the control of PC and instructed to "mop-up" the Supervision Army? If the Supervision Army is the elite "super Zentradi", how would the Zentradi be able to match up? I remembered Milia mentioned just before she micronized herself that she has been fighting SA for "thousands of years", and have never lost a single battle, but yet she lost to Max. So the SA are not that super afterall huh? Also referring to Milia's comments, are there any info on the life-span of Zentradi? Are they so similar to humans except the size? Agreed there may be other survivors elsewhere. But it's so "unreal" that ONLY Misa could survive in that comms room, while ALL OTHERS DIED?!! What happened to others in the room? just dropped dead? IMHO, very lame for this part. Overall, I really loved watching Macross. I've only seen it on TV when I was a kid, and recently just got the DVDs - I really enjoyed it. So I think I will get the other titles from the series. I know this has been asked a million times but I would like to know the correct sequence of the Macross series (only the animated parts). I would like to get the other titles in the series. The compendium is too wordy for me... Thanx!

What's this Zentredi mech?

Hi all, I'm new here. I've some questions about the Original Macross TV series (the only Macross series I've seen). 1. Can anyone tell me whats the name of the mecha in the background? Is that the Orguss?! 2. Is there any info on the 'Supervision Army', the enemy fighting against the Zentredi? Any mention whether they are also created by ProtoCulture? They are still fighting the war right? And seems like Macross is a ship more technologically advanced than what the Supervision Army is having. Why would they send Macross to Earth? and it's an empty ship? 3. After the catastrophic attack on Earth, it's quite unbelieveable that Misa Hiyase was the SOLE survivor on Earth?! Any explanation on this? Thanks in adv.
