  1. I need them too~~~ but how do we print good quality decals from scans? and how to make sure they're in the right size? if it were possible then i'd probably get another Stick to make Jonathan
  2. ok seems like the clock is a sign of the possibility of the product being released - the more points the higher the possibility. didn't really count them, so there might be some slight mistakes Athena 12/12 - next campaign is her, using a completely new female figure (her face sucks though - i have to keep repeating this in all the message boards so that hopefully bandai see this and improve on it ) Any release dates? 'White tiger' Alcor Zeta Bud 11/12 - new colors!! =X silver plating used instead of the dark green of his younger brother. Fake Sagi 10/12 - same format as the Myth Cloth, can be displayed in object mode or re-arranged to fit on a version 3 figure. 12 gold saint Cloth Box 9/12 - same size as the Appendix Seiya/Shiryu. looks like very high possibility? hopefully they include the little object just like pegasus and dragon. u can see a small sagi in one of the diorama, and it was said to be compatible in size to those from the appendix series. Large version Sagi 8/12 - completely re-designed larger version of Myth Cloth, can be disassembled and fitted on a figure. Forbidden Attack 8/12 - Gold Saints vs Spectre Gold Athena Exclamation! are they referring to the Spectre gold guys or diorama (less likely). expected and long overdue. Steel Saint 7/12 - oh god. i'd prefer the Appendix Death Queen (Esmeralda and Guilty) so much more to this. i bet Athena couldn't stand how lame they were and killed them on the plane for breakfast. didn't see pics of others, many are below 6/12 (low chance of product). Death Queen set: seems to include both Esmeralda and Guilty. can't see clearly the words but i saw campaign. i suspect they are saying that this is similar to campaign releases which uses the figure and real cloth for their clothes. Esmeralda - uses the new female myth cloth body (similar to Athena). Guilty - Ikki's mentor. they used Bear's body and modified a great deal, adding alot of details. looks awesome imo, i want this set! Appendix Kiki - Aries Mu's apprentice, size is compatible with Aries Mu. seems it will be packaged with Appendix Casual clothes Aries Mu... Kiki didn't look like he's poseable?? Scylla Io and God Cloth Pegasus (looks nice but still slightly disappointing cant really explain why) coming out soon May and June respectively.
  3. everything i really like, except i hope they either push back or don't release the Metal Saints at all (unlikely since the sculpt is all ready i guess ) the Hades throne room is awesome! the AE versus scene is interesting but i feel the spectres aren't that nice, i suppose that's a very early prototype or just made for this exhibition only. And Athena looks like a completely new figure and new joints compared with Pandora - fatter now, but i guess for durability's sake (for future armored female characters), but her face dont look like her, and her neck seems too long?? 2nd Bronze Armors set again?? this time golden armors and clear golden display stands comeon, improve the ugly sculpt! Scylla Io looks awesome. Appendix Libra Dohko and Mu with Kiki, Esmeralda with Guilty (good chance to use Shun's face sculpt again lol) Fake Sagi (will have to get 2 to display 2-legged and Centaur modes)... more links on the Tamashii Nation exhibition (also pics for Chogokin and SIC collectors if u maneuver around): http://toycan.net/gallery/event/1670/ http://toycan.net/gallery/event/1671/ http://www.geocities.jp/climax_f/T2008_SCM.html http://gamu-toys.info/sonota/neta/tamasii/tamasii02.html
  4. i see yeah i want the jeep and the other folks in the same scale too! and now that the toynami curse seal has been placed, maybe its time i can get my mospeada couldn't get them for so long because of the license thingy.
  5. huh? the jeep and inbits were in the original animation.
  6. it wasnt marked in the show. cept the storage boxes have that M marking. old imai kits came up with marking decals for Rey with the number 31 (CM's also marked with 31). the transport which is where Rey picked up his mospeada is marked 31. As for megahouse, Rey lacks the markings and the gun/missiles but he get the storage boxes... EDIT: You're not alone on this one - i read from toysdaily that someone also missing that same piece.
  7. very funny stuff! thanks for sharing, i enjoyed watching it
  8. i got my starscream and hot rod yesterday. they used glossy metallic paint and it looks really nice. Luke Skywalker - nice suggestion! dont forget Darth Vader, Han Solo!
  9. i don't know if the figure can't sit at all or if it just looks awkward with those boxes in the way. Hey! Stick and the others also always had the boxes too!~~~ They always just dropped off when transforming. and nooooo!! Rey was not gofer! He's the brains, and Stick had to perform the "hands-on". See? its the manager vs worker view (not that Rey could land a fighter properly anyway ) yeah hope someone scan their decals in hi-res, so he and the rest of us can duplicate it anyone kind enough to share? i want to dup the storage boxes too
  10. hundreds of people coupled with so many events (further complicated by fiction/fact)... very confusing indeed BTW, u know the "borrowing" of arrows is fiction right? So is the "Empty Fort strategy", both are part of the many stories made to glorify Kong Ming. The fiction vs fact ratio is very high actually... For e.g. if the Empty Fort was real, it wasnt logical because Sima Yi might be suspicious of a trap but still it would be logical and expected to at least send in a small troop to check out the "empty fort". Why would he bring such a huge army only to retreat without even finding out if there's indeed a trap? It doesn't make sense. Thus my comment that although the stories were interesting, they are kind of shallow if we realised how it didn't make sense. The "arrow borrowing" story is probably borrowed from the real event where Sun Quan went deep into Cao Cao's camp on a boat and got rained upon by arrows from the Cao camp. Sun Quan not only displayed his bravery but quick thinking and gained Cao Cao's praise in the famous saying "One should have a son like Sun Quan" (rough translation lol). The last part of the story introduces some capable characters but are no way near as exciting as their predecessors .
  11. Well IMHO, the timeline is a good outline for him to create his stories, and a great guide for readers. In this way, he reliefs himself from the pressure of "completing" the story and is somewhat responsible to the readers in case the story cannot go on for whatever reasons. But he can always jump to whatever timeline and tell the story about certain characters, so his story is never ending! very smart way of story telling! Also, he tells alot of stories and lots of bits of info in his supplement books such as Designs and Characters series, further enriching the world of FSS. There are more supplementary books than his manga tankoubans lol...
  12. according to this post, the guy mentioned that he needed to do some small modification to move the storage boxes backwards. notice in the pics how much further back those storage boxes were. Still, i'd like to have the storage boxes for the other bikes, if only i can duplicate them
  13. Did u read Romance of the Three Kingdoms or Records of the Three Kingdoms? The first is fictional based on historical records. The second is much more historically accurate* and makes sense (we can never tell if the recorded history is 100% truth and not biased). If u read about Guan Yu's crossing of 5 passes and killing of 6 generals, Zhuge Liang's witchcraft in summoning of the Wind, then u've read the fiction version - interesting but far from being historically accurate. It tends to side with Liu Bei and make Cao Cao seem so evil that it is somehow (IMHO) shallow. Of cos, the Romance ver serves its purpose in story-telling, not as an accurate history record. and its biggest credit is it made 3 kingdoms era very popular. And i agree, at the end, most of the greatest heroes were dead, so it does feel like anti-climax. Even though the Romance version is fiction, it is based largely on history and most people were dead then. PS > I'm more interested in historical accuracy but Romance was what made me interested in 3 kingdoms in the first place.
  14. pics comparing CMS and Megahouse's... http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/viewthread.php?tid=56848
  15. oh boi. my local store have Motoslave - Sylia up for pre-order already. and i havent decided if i'm gonna collect this series... :S thanks for the info. and i do agree yamato's pricetag looks good enough when compared with the old ones.
  16. i'd cancel my pre-order if its ridiculously more than $80. i'm suspecting that they're testing the market response after seeing the recent CMs n megahouse products getting snatched up. =X
  17. I'm very disappointed with the finishing of the bike, while i really like the figure itself. BTW, were the figures of the 4 girls released in the past? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks
  18. Nagano has the Daughter chip like Rogner so he can keep cloning himself. the problem is we don't have one Anyway, the thing about FSS is that it was ALREADY completed even before it started - want to know what happens at the end? Read the timeline. That's the special part about this story, we already know whats gonna happen. Nagano's just filling in the gaps and giving us a more indepth look into the events. So in actual fact, he don't need to 'finish' it, because he already did. With that said, i hope he'd start the serialization asap... -.- Hmm... where did u read that he denies any connection between L-Gaim and FSS? The connection is definitely there: Five planets, Temple Knights -> Mirage Knights, Heavy Metal -> Mortar Headd, Poseidal backwards -> Ladios Sopp (somewhat lol), Daba/Kamon Myroad 6 -> Colus 6, L-Gaim -> Junchoon, Aug -> Auge.... etc etc ... even some designs are the same - those hovercraft vehicles Diggs are same design. Fatimas in mecha head cockpits, in fact there were preliminary designs of those fatima/co-pilots in L-Gaim.

  20. ok i know the beta is not released yet yadda yadda, but knowing toynami's infamous record, imho i'm still gonna get myself prepared for a horrible QC for the beta, and so regarding returns policy: does twin moon anime pay for the shipping of the defect product returns to and from their warehouse? Coz BBTS pay for all shipping for returns, and if twin moon doesn't, then the $10 shipping deduction (i'm not in the US) is better spent as "insurance" at BBTS.
  21. SaveRobotech> thanks for pics at least we can see from the pics that when combined, the top of legioss is not crooked like in that previous pic. http://www.over-drive-inc.com/overdrive-bl...03/img_5245.jpg
  22. the mismatch in color is definitely expected. unless Toynami makes another batch of alphas along with this batch of beta. and i hope they really do that. with some aoshima 'upgrades' esp the thighs and legs area - those ugly seam lines on the toynami is what irks me. BTW, did anyone pre-order vol 2 beta?
  23. Alpha OTS > thanks for the heads up! i preordered too i'm really looking forward to this, despite the horror stories of QC. let's hope they do a good job this time. and i dont have my alpha yet Aoshima should work as well right? and Aoshima's hands are they as bad as toynami's ie the hand crumbles? PS > i'm getting the CM's as well... >.<

  25. Top view: link: http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/thread-55779-1-2.html can still be transformed but u cant have the left hand side wheel in ride-armor mode because the shaft is too far forward, the left arm blocks the wheel. notice in the top view, both wheels do not line up (left hand side wheel removed for taking pics). from what i can see, the shafts (or forks? dunno what to call it ) are held up and connected to the side of the "fuel tank" by a connector peg on the shaft to the "key-hole" on the side of the tank. Compare the shape of the shaft with the correct one: wrong parts for Rey type:
