Sorry to hear that this is going to be a problem for you, in just getting a replacement. It is @LUNA PARK that is responsible to replace your Ostrich and not Bandai! I am glad that they actually canceled my order after @LUNA PARK actually lied to me several times about when they where going to ship! I ordered from two dealers shortly after PO and both sent my Ostriches in perfect condition! and LP was really only a backup... Their services are NOT RECOMMENDED!!! All three of my Ostriches did arrive in perfect condition with even no damage to the boxes! So I hope you get your problem fixed since it is a nice Bird!

It might not have been picked up on time, since it's a holiday week over in Japan! I received two off my Ostriches (Not @LUNA PARK) 🤬 just before the holiday started and waiting for one more from another dealer wich also showed what you are dealing with... But some dealers have really dropped the ball on customer service over there, and some I will not recommend dealing with at all! 🤬

Look they have sent out probably 50+ units since the release on the 17th, received on the 19th. I ORDERED IN JANUAR, on the 27th. so saying that they have too wait for two is BS!! there are probably 5 people here who ordered after that date, and have received theirs.... 🤬 A store that doesn't work on a first order first ship basses is not practicing proper business etiquette! and charging people for premium, to think they would get faster shipping, but still delaying the shipping and for filling new orders instead, is just plain deceptive! But since @LUNA PARK doesn't even chime in anymore, shows where this is going! Nippon Yassin should be a reminder to everybody when you screw your well paying customers!

They keep saying we will check with the warehouse... But no tracking # or firm shipping date! They also said that because I ordered two, that's what's the delay!? 🙄

Still nothing from the super customer service from @LUNA PARK ! Maybe I should start warning about this mob on their YouTube site, and their Super Customer Service! 😡 A person I know ordered his last week, from them and received his model yesterday!? So WTF is this companies problem?

I honestly expect info of the VE-1 Shortly, It could be pictured in Figure-Arts フィギュア王 (318) which will be released on the 26th, or Bandai releases info on there web site.... It's a given that the VE-1 is coming since the mould is almost the same as the VT-1, and it's still the 40 Anna. of D.Y.R.L. 🤗

Incase you can't find a use for the Parachute tent.... And you have to give it to Bandai the colour matching is really good!

With @LUNA PARK Premium you are supposed to get faster shipping but for a higher price, only thing that seems to work though, is the higher price! The faster shipping didn't work with my VF-1S mech Guts edition, so I can't recommend it! If you have to pay for better service I would say look elsewhere! 😉
