I still have this and it's still awesome (albeit rubbery). LOL! 1/100 Dendrobium! Only 3rd party maker would be crazy enough to try. Just some design and material choices that aren't to my taste. • Too much diecast metal parts in places where it isn't needed (shins armor for example) • Use of 2 different warmth greys on the main body. Cool blue grey mixed with warm grey which is overly contrasting and jarring on theses areas. I did have this MB in hand and I looked it over, but then sold it soon after. I think if I didn't own the MoShow Strike to compare to in person I would be less picky over such an expensive figure that didn't satisfy all my expectations and preferences.

Can't recall who posted it here. Many pages back by now I imagine. Here is the post that mentioned it first: I wasn't able to find any Japanese articles that confirm this at all. Something on FACEBOOK, but not official either. Might be because we learnt that the VF-31 was also designed by T-Rex.

Oh yes a MB Aegis would be amazing. The BIG downside.... YOU MUST BUY 2 so you can display is both modes! Secret wish is Mo Show/Poison Toys/whoever they are now release 1/72 Aegis to go along their godly Strike release.. err I mean Mecha Warrior. haha! Continue this discussion in the the 3rd Party thread.

I'm so glad (and so is my wallet) these Option Sets are not to be taste, and I'm also not a fan of Bandai's Metal Build rendition of the Strike Gundam. bleh.... I want to see a MB Justice/Infinite Justice or Impulse, but AUD is still weak right now, so wouldn't be able to afford it alongside the steady release of DX VF-1 valks Bandai is pumping out.

if Bandai get around to releasing the 1D, and also implement the removable front fuselage, I imagine they'll do it similar to how Yamato did it, since T-Rex are also the designers of the DX VF-1 series (just like they were for Yamato's VF-1 series - which is why there are so many similarities between the 2). Yamato used an adapter that connected to the removed fuselage, which then allowed it to attach the arm in the same way the FAST Pack arm armor is attached.

Storm have amazing body sculpting, but need to improve in the facial detail department. Cammy's face suffers the same issues as Chun Li. It's missing that little bit of extra anime Japanese figure detail needed for it to be top notch. Currently it's at the level of more western action figures, where as SHF and Figma have really detailed face (more so eyes), which bring the action figure to life. Would like to see Figma tackle Street Fighter line. SHF has good facial detail, but it's a little off (example: Chun Li looks a bit doll like instead of looking like her). You know I'd really like to see a Bishoujo Battle Costume Cammy. Sorry off topic now.

I wouldn't say no to a Metal Build Impulse in all 3 modes. Not as simple as Strike too because each Silhouette pack changes the phase shift armor color! But probably not Impulse because it says SEED and not SEED Destiny.

Reminder to myself. I need to compile a new historical release for the DYRL VF-1S Hikaru in the same way I did for TV A1 Max for reference when the next DX VF-1 PO. Maybe during lunch today.

It's hard to see from the teased parts from Tamashii Nation 2018 if the insignias are separate parts that can be removed or if the outer shell of the packs can be removed to display the internal details. The whole thing looks very solid, but in the CAD they did illustrate the internal parts, so it could swing either way. We'll all have to wait and see what hidden gimmicks Bandai will include with these packs. So now: When will we see the TWE TV Hands Option Pack - ¥2000 (my guess)

I think we need to factor in Bandai's manufacturing factory capacity. There are many product lines that Bandai produce and only finite manufacturing capacity to meet all their release dates. Based on their sales data and market research they'll see the appropriate amount of capacity they should be allocating to their Macross line. If the factory is utilised more to produce Macross then another more profitable series will have to lower their factory resource usage which would make sense from a business point of view. I'm hoping we can see higher priority of Macross for Bandai once they are able to include the international market once HG no longer hold the Macross license.

Unfortunately you cannot URL sniff HLJ PO pages because they only become active publicly when HLJ opens the PO. You can however spam the link at 1600 JST and maybe 1-5 minutes later the link will work and mad rush to attempt to check out.

I was hoping Nin Nin would have it like they did for 1 Max, but not this time. The JAN code will become available on sites closer to 1600 JST. Imagine HS or Ami will provide us the JAN when their PO pages go up ahead of the PO start time.

I'd help with maintaining the list for DYRL VF-1S Hikaru, but I'll be on a plane right when PO madness begins so I'll definitely miss out. I can help once I'm home, but probably not as quickly as @Shizuka the Cat did for A1 Max. There is a tiny chance I could get in a PO if the plane is sitting on the tarmac, my mobile internet is up to scratch and the HLJ PO listing goes up before I need to enable flight mode. On another note, with the strange release pattern Bandai has gone with so far with the DX VF-1 line, who thinks the 1D mold is next or will it return to the 1J instead? Or maybe a 1A brownie. Brownie more popular than poor TV Kakizaki? I'd prefer a TV 1S Roy though and accompanying TWE TV Super packs, but maybe Bandai will loop back to the 1J mold which is only 1J TV Max/Milla, but counter to that I'm not sure Bandai would release another Max so soon. I'd actually LOVE a new mold the most, ie 1D Trainer with civilian Hikaru and 2 Minmei figures (cockpit sitting and in the hand).
