  1. Wow... what a piece of good news. After years of hunting, I'd finally bought one last month. Althought I'd already got one I'm interested to get another one. Count me in.
  2. I got: Spartan, Valkyrie Launch Pylon and Scout Regult at Starship Commanchero and Gnerl direct from the sculptor Defender, Tomahawk, Large Missile Regult from MW Market Place Phalanx from Starship Market Place Small Missile Regult (pending)
  3. It's fantastic job. For the computer technology we have right now, I believe we can scale it down to 1/72 ourselves very easily. I'm definitely interest in it.
  4. Not me... I am still working on mine.
  5. The economy here is really not good. 1. You need to get a working visa. 2. You need to get a top position in a big corporate if you don't speak and read chinese. 3. You can apply for a teaching post to teach english if your native language is english (but still you need to have the relevant qualification). 4. All the jobs in the government require you to past a language proficiendy test. I do know a lot of expat in my church who work for big corporate here in Hong Kong. It'll be easier to get a job if you're a professional.
  6. At least it will be official in this forum. Like for my ground vehicles, I adjust the dimesion of the vehicles according to an average height human in 1/72.
  7. We can always hope that Petar will have enough interest to do a Grace in pilot suit.
  8. I think that it was because in the older days technology and budget will never allow a 35cm tall Glauge to be release. In those day people will think that it's impossible to release a 1/400 Gundam battleship
  9. Yeah it's very concourage news that it might past the twenty mark due to the fact that I'm right at the end of the queue. As for the stats I truly understand that not all dimension stated in the official lineart were that accurate when I was tackling a recast Glaug and figuring how on earth can a Zentradi soldier sculpt by John can be fit into the tiney cockpit. And when I was doing my Centiipede I also figured out that the dimension was again not accurate.
  10. I know, in less than five years Moscato's releases were already very hard to find. I'd spent a lot of effort in finding all the destroids released by him. And the final piece (Destroid Phalanx) is still enroute to HK. I'd only got one of his regults with me. I have some good friends in here that is willing to hold their Regults until I save enough. I'm hoping that by releasing the ground vehicles will help getting the funds to buy other 1/72 kits like the DYRL Launch Arm. Do hope someone in here will release some ground/space support crews.
  11. Sorry. For the moment everything roll out will be in 1/72
  12. Major Focker thank you for the lineart. I'd already downloaded the Perfect Memory and finally was able to see how much linearts were in this book. Here is the teaser of another new project. It is still in the development stage. Due to the artist that work on the original design of the lineart did not pay too much attention on the feasibility, I will need help from anime magic to tackle some problem on the vehicle. Hopefully it will turn out fine.
  13. My supplier called me today and told me that my copy just arrived. I'll be picking it up later
  14. I think he is going to sell the PE set to people here
  15. Hobbylink posted a pod cast interview about a Japan garage kit manufacturer "Factory Hiro". It show a few shots of their casting procedure.
  16. From the progress pics a few weeks ago showed that it was possible to build the model without the pilot.
  17. Which hovertank are you guys talking about? Which anime was it from?
  18. MajorFocker: which truck are you referring to? Is it the one that carrying the wrecked destroid? Thanks for Cobywan and I'd now got the linearts of the perfect nenories book.
  19. I don't have the perfect memory book so I don't have any lineart to work on. I only have the lifting crane from Macross Mecha site. Need people to scan and upload the line arts.
  20. As mentioned on the teaser pic, it is not a cockpit seat but the driver compartment of a forklift appeared in a scene at the factory after the space war. Yes it's also in 1/72 as you can see the comparison pictures that having the Preiser soldier standing beside it. Again the parts layout of the vehicle: Thanks for reading my post.
  21. No update on the Centepede yet. Since my resin casting friends will be very busy making copies of the resin kits that they bought at the WonderFestival and the coming C3 in Japan. They don't have much time slot for me... I'm focus now in adding details to the Centipede whenever I have the time. Hope that it will come out before Christmas. I think the first release will be the electrical vehicle since the master of all the part are already made. It will come out first then will be the APC. I'll be trying to focus on most of the ground support vehicles in appeared in the SDF. The scale of the vehicles will be 1/72. I might do the tow trucks and the gun pod loader. Do make suggestions on which vehicles that did appear. The following pic is a teaser on the project that will follow the APC more picture of the mysterious vehicle will appear on the next post. Update pics on the AFV as promised: Drawing the layout diagram from linearts and planning the scale of everything. Detail shots of the wheel. The tyre can be detach from the wheel (do hope that my friend can duplicate the fine wheel rim edge). Layout view of the parts
  22. I love macross mechas in 1/72. I am in for a Regult 2.0 if it ever release. John I'd come into a pic of a Cat'sEye selling at the recent Wonder Festival in Japan. It wasn't very nice. I believe you can do a better job .
