  1. And don't forget to checck and make sure your sound card and speakers are both actually turned up and that the speakers are on.
  2. *sniffles* I have a sonmay CD. Didn't know they were bootlegs when I bought it.
  3. I've heard they were discussiong putting DigDug in at one point. That would've been awesome beyond words.
  4. Well, I'm not very good at the genre, and I usually get owned after comitting to a move that misses. Typical example: Maxi moves in, swings his nunchucks, misses, and sits there spinning them while the other person uses the (large) oepning to smack him in the head with a sharp pointed object.
  5. Cool, learn something new everyday. It would be nice to see some Animeigo discs on the shelf for once. As for my acronym, I wrote it half-dreary at my desk this morning. I was thinking Worthless Human Beings for the last three. The rest was accurate. I don't even know if that was a good way to describe HG, I will just stick with Steaming Pile of Crap. I like With Heavy Bullshit.
  6. Had an F-16C taken down during a trip to canada. 88-0357. Taken down by pelicans in the intake and through the canopy glass. Pilot landed in a tree and only bruised his arm. Back to topic, the VF-22's nosecone is my pick. I saw the craziest thing on tv one night. I believe it was shock tv. This plane was on the deck of a carrier preparing for takeoff and a crew member got sucked up into the turbin. The turbin just spit him out the other side. Crazy I tell you. As for favorite nose cone. I vote for the VF-11. Its got that bird of prey look to it. It almost looks like a beak. The guy who got sucked in the "carrier plane"..did he survive ? Depends on the incident. I know at least one did. I would suspect they ran a survivor story, so people got the "OMG HE WENT THROUGH A JET ENGINE AND LIVED!" factor. Lot more fun than "this man was thrown into a blender that travels at mach 1.5".
  7. On SC1 I'll play as anyone but Maxi and Voldo. Not very good with the large slow characters, though. My playstyle tends towards fast characters that don't do much damage, but do it fast. HAven't played Soul Edge/Blade, and my SC2 experience is very very limited.
  8. I actually like that gunpod too. I forgot about it, or I might have called that one.
  9. Honestly? I don't either. I thought Kakizaki got a steak in there anyways right before he died. But I may be remembering a diffrent place.
  10. Ummm... The chinese restraunt! FOOD IS GOOD!
  11. No clue whatsoever. I can't imagine they have enough air to keep the jet engines running for any length of time.
  12. Every now and then I take some of my stuff down off the shelf and strafe something with it. It usually goes back up in new poses.
  13. The VF-17's gunpod. Graham I second the motion!
  14. Heh. You'd think WinAmp 5 would be out by then.
  15. Nah, it's not that dangerous. People just seem to tend towards the most violent solution when presented with a situation on the internet.
  16. Better that than the contrived robot modes of the originals. ... Actually it looks like a Pod Racer to me. So we have new Star Wars meets new Transformers?
  17. The original MOSPEADA units used hydrogen fusion. Fuel came in standardized H2 cartridges. If I'm not mistaken, the storage compartment is the MOSPEADA "fuel tank", for lack of a better word. Those engines up top are a joke, sad to say. Mainly beause there's a hand right behind the nozzle. Not sure what pic you're talking about, but ... This pic shows a hydrogen storage comaprtment. HBT is hydrogen something or other.
  18. You know how they REALLY work? The bottom of the cockpit has a dimensional rift in it. The pilot's legs actually extend down into a special room on the vehicle's mothership full of holes in the ceiling connected to Q-Rau cockpits that have lots of zentradi legs sticking down during combat.
  19. Good insulation? Overtech: We can make a 60-foot tall suit of powered armor for a 40-foot woman to drive, but you'll still have to hold it.
  20. Ah. Eva. Would you believe I've never seen it?
  21. What's in the middle of that set of 3 non-Macross toys on the left edge of the pic? I recognize the top and bottm, but not the middle.
  22. Same here. Both OAV's? CHECK. Theatical Movie? CHECK. It's too bad Mangle Video half assed their Movie Version DVD. It looks like they're trying to win some fans back. Hey, I'd love to have the Manga movie DVD release. It beats the VHS tape I have now. The one UPS apparently set on top of a magnetic surface. But I can't justify buying the DVD of a show I already have. Especailly not when it's a BAD DVD.
