I kind of like the more reddish color in this low quality scan. I woudn't mind if the actual figure was this color. Although I don't think I'd want a third VF-31 considering now pricey they are. Maybe when they release the VF-31A.

After handling mine, I can say the transformation was not fun at all. I'll probably need another transformation or two to get used to the intracacies. The backpack transformation for battroid mode got me stumped. Wasn't sure if parts were algined as intended. In gerwalk mode, there seemed to be very little space for the upper legs behind the intakes and I was worried the insignia on the left thigh would get knicked or rubbed off.

That's why I changed the order details to "Ship When Available" and was sure to make payment right when they requested it. Item and shipping cost get processed together at once. Saturday morning (Japan time) payment requests from HLJ are the worst when you want them to ship out on the same day. I believe they don't work the full day and possibly have less staff around to process orders for shipping.

Just checked and found out that Mon 20 Mar is a holiday in Japan. If HLJ doesn't manage to ship today (Sat in Japan), then they'll only be able to do so on Tue at the next earliest.

HLJ always sends payment request for DX valks in the wee hours of the morning Japan time. If you're lucky, they may get it shipped out before the end of the work day (half day?) on Saturday (Japan time).
