I think that anything beyond "sitting out in the open with nobody watching it whatsoever" would have sufficed. I'm actually surprised that more stuff didn't get stolen. Basically the theif sucks and took advantage of MR's irresponsibility. I mean poo... where was everyone else even? Weren't there a ton of people there? You'd think someone would have seen something w/o being involved directly.

Exactly. They could have tied it down and people would have been able to handle it just as well. I mean, really... it's just some stupid prop/toy. The fact that it's getting even this much attention makes it all the sweeter for the theif.

Stealing is stealing, but I dare any one of you to leave your valuables out on display w/o supervision. If it was so important, they should have someone watching it. Idealism is no excuse for lack of vigilance. OF COURSE MR didn't DESERVE to have it stolen... but kids that touch hot stoves don't DESERVE to get burned now do they?

I've always said that, when one brand is better... they're better. I'm not going to sacrifice performance just to support my "favorite brand." That's why I don't understand those idiots saying "Ford rules!" or "Chevy rules!" because honestly I wouldn't know the difference if you took their emblems off.

Yeah, my character (KnowleRohrer) is a fully upgraded Support dude. I love the gun choices. I just started getting into using the shotty when things ge into close quarters. If a MW squad starts up, I'd love to join you guys. My DVD is packed in a box right now so I have to wait for it to get shipped down before I can play again. The infantry battles are cool, but really I'd like to see more titan maps perhaps with added features... I think it's a neat idea. BTW - I heard that moving the titans used to cause issues on the server, but that appears to be alleviated now.

The crime is not acceptable, but precautions should have been taken. I learned that when I was 5. Some people suck and you never know when they might strike. All it takes is one person to ruin it for everyone else, but I guaranee you that the one person is always closer than you think.

Well, it's not like you're doing anything about it except talking. That does nothing. Taking the appropriate precautions can in most instances discourage this kind of behavior.

I trust those close to me. I extend limited trust to those that have earned it, ie; long-time MW members, reputable online retailers, etc. But leaving something that valuable/critical out unattended is foolhardy. This is far from rape, so that comparison is rather ridiculous. It's more like leaving the keys in your unlocked, running vehicle while you go shopping. Take stupid risks and these things happen. Plus... it's JUST a toy/model/whatever you want to call it. They should be glad it wasn't something that actually meant anything. Get mad about it all you want, but I doubt theives give a damn. This is the real world, not an idealistic fantasy land. Still.. whoever took it has some stones for a SW nerd.

I've been looking for this manga for a little while, it's called Parasyte (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parasyte). The story sounds at least somewhat interesting and the art, well... seems pretty darn cool to me. A friend of mine described it to me and it sounded like it was pretty sweet. Finding all of the volumes seems somewhat difficult though, so I thought I'd see if MW members knew of a nice online site that has all the issues (should be 1-10 or 1-12 depending on the version you find). I've looked for the free download, and would love that, but for the most part I would just like ONE store to buy it from so I don't have to have like 6 different orders out there. Thanks!

BTW; Eugimon... I agree with your views of the TV and Movie endings of Evangelion. I don't really see much point in milking/raping this series to death... they're reaching.

Liked the first one. Thought the second one sucked. I hear the third is kinda neat though and I'm going to see it anyway....

Robocop Vs. Terminator wasn't too bad. I liked how Robocop eventually became SkyNET and Murphy rebuilt himself in the future. That's as far as I got though.

Actually, I've been hoping that Capcom would do something like this with Transformers G1... well the 2d sprite fighter game.... will never happen though.

The only problem I have with that is that it's kinda tired nowadays... I want em to do something new... maybe add animations and gestures?

That's one thing I really liked about Empire at War. When you get all your capital ships into a big battle, there are turrets going off all over. Makes for some cool looking battles.

I'll miss the Tumbler, but I like my Batmobiles sleek... unless it's the DKR one.
