Getting too old and tired for this sh**. If I end up without a Roy 1S after November, I think I'll sell off my DX 1/48s. Really pointless to collect them all but be missing Roy's. I'll just have to be happy with my completed 1/60 squadrons.

Didn't get anything. First PO in many years where I didn't secure at least one. Closest I got was with HLJ, but their POS website decided at the end of checkout to just arbitrarily empty my cart for no reason. Don't think I was cartjacked because I was able to go back and add it to cart again, but partway through my second attempt to checkout was where I got the order stop notice. Thanks HLJ! Your site is a POS. I'm not paying any inflated scalper prices. I'm having a buddy in Japan get me one when he hits the streets of Tokyo the last Saturday of November, if travel restrictions are in place and I can't go myself.

Nin nin is pretty shady. You may get your order, you may not. Obviously, *some* people have ordered without issues, since if they never honored a single order they would find themselves out of business real quick. They will however cancel an order if they feel that they can turn around and sell it again at a higher price.

Yeah I already have an extensive Yamato VF-1 collection at 1/60 scale, so it's not too big a deal for me to say F*** Bandai and their 1/48 crap. But I do want the DX YF-21!

No luck for me. If I can't get Roy's valk at or close to retail price, then I think I might just say F U Bandai and just exit the 1/48 game altogether.

WTF?! Added to cart at HLJ, logged in, hit proceed to checkout, then it said my cart was empty!!! Went back, added it again, but now it's sold out! Goddammit!

Don't be surprised to get a Nin-nin email on release day saying they didn't get enough stock and offering a store credit... only to sell more units a week later at a super-inflated price.

Well, this marks the first PO in many years where I didn't get at least one unit. Only page that ever loaded for me with the add to cart button was HS of all places but got jacked as soon as I logged in. I was F5'ing pretty good too. Who checks out that fast? If HLJ doesn't work, I guess I'll just have to pick one up myself in Japan... if travel restrictions are eased by then.

It's always been 4 PM as long as I've been doing this. What time each individual retailer decides to actually open POs is another matter. Amiami usually opens right on the dot. HLJ and HS follow at some random time after.

Try it. It's amazing. Amiami, Hobby Search, CD Japan for sure. Sites like NY or Mykombini may or may not demand upfront payment, depending on their mood.

I received my Legioss last week but it got pushed aside with the release of the Arcadia PF VF-0D. Back to the Legioss: transformed it today and it's a pretty cool imitation valkyrie. I've never owned any Legioss toys prior to this so I have no frame of reference for them aside from comparing them to valkyrie toys. One of the hips on mine was flipped around, which I see is not an uncommon issue. After getting it into battroid armo-soldier mode I was able to do a 360 at the hip and pop the joint around into the proper orientation (past the tab I circled in my previous post). The head unit inexplicably has a glossy finish while the rest of the body is flat. Is it like this for everyone's? The wing flaps pop off pretty easily, and I just left them off till I was done transforming it. Why didn't Sentinel just secure them with a pin? If I was a big Mospeada fan, I'd say this is the Legioss toy I've been wanting all these years! I'm not, so I'll just say it's a great transforming toy and anyone who likes transforming mecha should get one.

Joint installed wrong so the leg can't move all the way into place properly.
