  1. This is the one to start with! Nice job!!!!
  2. Thank you so much for this. I am ALWAYS looking for a good base. I would have to vote for these two. 1. The Macross Kite Logo 2. SDF-1 I think the Macross logo is a definate first choice.
  3. This is up for pre-order at Hobbyfan. So is the 1/72 Valkyrie II resin kit http://cgi.ebay.com/Rare-1-72-Event-Only-M...1QQcmdZViewItem Or this one? Rare 1/72 Event Only Macross Robotech Regult Resin Kit http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...mMakeTrack=true
  4. Thanks! No I didn't take it the wrong way at all. I was thinking of putting it that way but decided to use "Creative License" and went with opening in different directions.
  5. And just finished Low Viz...NOT the Low Viv model. Just took a regular hase and painted it that color. I have the low Viz but don't want to build it yet.
  6. Hi, a little late but to all the fathers here "Happy Fathers Day!!!!".
  7. Hey can someone photoshop it and put a better background.
  8. Hi, thanks for the comments. I'm really happy with the way the Gerwalk came out. I will provide close up's soon. As for the paint I use Tamaya white. It darkens with the acryllic wash.
  9. Hi, this is my completed three stages of a valk. Models are 1/72 Hase's. Gerwalk is combo Hase Super and batt.
  10. Hi, I used Tamaya Metallic Grey then gun metal on the edges. Then acryllic wash. I'm really happy with the Gerwalk. I only used the the Hase Batt and fighter. Still desidig on what to do next. I may go cannon fodder or grey/white or low viz. If I do another Gerwalk it will be with fast packs. Oh and notice on the wings the flaps are open.
  11. Someone say Hase Gerwalk-- http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...ic=14308&st=160
  12. Hi, yes. I've been beating this drum for a while. It's a great alternative to using oil. I have not had good luck with oil. I use the acryllic and thats the result. If you go back and look at all of my models I have not used oil at all. It's cheap, easy, quick--quicker than oil. only a half hour to dry. And no smell. Look at my Slave 1 earlier in the thread. No OIL.
