    Update. Final pics.... I left the beads out. And the base is from themodelbase.com

    They way I painted the dress.... Primer....then I used white. Then silver. As the build up went I WAS to use Clear yellow, Red and Orange. What I did was use Metallic brown for a light shadow over the silver. Then mixed the Metallic Brown with Clear red and yellow. Then I put future as a sealer coat.

    Thanks... Why I got the base at themodelbase.com Very nice work on the Base!!!! I think the base compliments the kit ALOT!!!! Now I can't see the kit without the base. I will be ordering more in the future for my other Macross Stuff.

    Hi, this is my third resin kit. A nice kit but a pain at times to paint. Went together well. I have finished it but have to take picks.

    I ordered one to go with the Minmay Chinese Dress (standing one). I will order more soon for the Valks.

    I just finished my FIRST resin. 1/144th Valk....pics to come soon. Also finished my second a 1/8th Gundam resin girl figure. I'm doing the Minmay figure next. Pics to follow soon.....

    I love the show. And one thing I noticed. Yes they give you what you expect BUT then they throw a curve ball...something youdidn't expect.
