I agree on that. I too was kinda suspicious about the whole "takatoys" stickers. Cause everyone was talking to highly of them. I could belive that a sticker sheet would be that big of a difference. Knowing that i, you and we spend a greta deal of money on the 1/48s, trust me the Takatoys stickers makes a WORLD OF THE DIFFERENCE on ur Valk. Since i have zero costomising skills, the takatoys sticker raises the level of "realism" to your 1/48. Changes the look from "toy" to "model" feeling. Just my two cents. -Jin

Im posting this, to get a "feel" on what the members in here think is "most likely" to be made in real life. I dont mean "wishfull" thinking, but instead what Yamato would most likely release after the Max and Miria VF-1J´s. The reason for my asking is because i am considering ordering a "swap-heads/small custom work" from "Neova" at the For Sale section on a VF that is most UNLIKELY to be made by Yamato. I just recently got my very own Macross Zero DVDs, thanks to Kevin Lam at www.valkyrie-exchange.com. Well when i finally sat down and watch it with the dubs, i noticed that the subs are somewhat "of" i mean i was like when i noticed them saying "WTF" and "that doesent sounf right" I think A-One subs was far better then the one in the DVDs. Whats your opinion? -Jin

Hey All Im curious about something. The whindscreen and the Trunk, is that something you originally had to remove to transform? The new modifications (its does make a world of a difference) does that (when in robot) affect the transformation? Does that mean you have to physically move of each time you transform? Or is it a minor thing during the transformation from car to robot? -Jin

Hey All Well, when i first got my 1/48 i "tried" with it....but it felt like i was DogFighting and the fighter in my hand was a new born!!! Yeah, i know it may sound odd but its true I mean it was just too perfect and it feels so fragile that it would be crazy to do all those unhindered plays and at the same time knowing HOE expensive these babies are hehehe While also wanting to keep them in a minty condition was kinda hard too. So i just decided to collect two, one for "Play & Display" and one for Collection. I donno think i have "dont play with Yamato 1/48 syndrome" hehehe....everytime think&/try to get into a real kids play with my Valkyries, it scares the sh%t outta me to just u know to play and then accidentally breaking, snapping of something in the "heath of battle" or just suddenly lossing grib and seing my 1/48 take a curving dive to the floor like a Cannon Fodder yikes...i think that is what is keeping to just seing them on the reol, as i have a stupid smile on my face. I think the thrill of this addiction is: 1. reading about the new 1/48 2. pre/ordering 3. Waithing for the it to arrive 4. unpacking it 5. applying stickers 6. transforming it once 7. looking at it on the shelf 8. earning more money to buy more -Jin

Yeah ive just gotten it now, and it its so awsome. Those SV-51´s are one major badass!!! I donno about the rest of you, but i had this urge to take up my Bulky Lee and give DD and Nora a fight for their money I really hope that Yamato makes the VF-0S and SV-51´s in 1/48 sooo awsome. -Jin

thanks guys....i pretty much stopped watching/collecting transformers when i was a kid, when Optimus Prime was in the leader anymore, and Mini Transformers and all that was popular, and those posable transformer figures that had vehicles that could transform instead. To make it short, i think the bulk of my collection back then was "Target Masters" When i finally got myself around to getting Optimus, then i got Power Master Optimus, but that sucked, it just wasnt the same like the G1 versions But hey, tell tell tell me anyways...whats the story and what are all those new factions i see (besides Autobots and Decepticons) -Jin

i am trying to get Transformers Armada. Can anyone please explain to me, what Minicons are? and what the story is about? I saw the intro, but i couldnt really make sense of it. I hope someone can explain this to me. Hopefully also, what Beast Wars and Machine wars is about too. I am sorry if this are stupid questions, i just havent followed transformers for a long time. Suddenly all these new "Logo"s are up, and they sure aint Autobots or Decepticons, so i was really wondering for a long time what those other logos are. -Jin
