  1. But if he was evil to begin with, the Jedi would know. He's not powerful enough to hide it like a certain someone.

Pff... I'd rather have Lucas' version of the movie than anything that has been presented thus far.

I agree with you on that on, Max.

  2. You'll just have to ignore the muttered groans and muffled threats from the rest of slaving away at hot places of work, drinking nothing but 2-cent coffee or barely-filtered water.

I was gonna mention that.... but my place of work has AC... and wonderful coffee and water, though I never touch either. :p

Bah! I work in a hot, sweaty, grimey factory with none of those amenities. I hate you all :p

  3. I like this a lot for the same reason I enjoy the Tommy Yune artwork: It's a modern, updating interpretation of the characters, not just another copy of the original style, which I find to be boring by this point in time.

  4. You're right about that gunpod, it does seem small. Maybe increasing the diameter might help.

However, that is one gorgeous looking plane. It's three-form or fighter only?

  5. Hmm... I've run across this preorder item in a few different places - the "Sue Graham" Shadow Fighter. Anyone know what this is?

Hey! Those guys are already taking orders for the Shadow!

Hey, Kevin. I want to preorder one too!

    Preorders are coming soon.

Any idea when you might start taking payments for the Scott-type Alpha? I've got two on pre-order with you, and I've never been happier to send someone else my money :)

  6. One 80s/early 90s series I never got the name of.... this guy and his female sidekick flying around in this futuristic flying wing, saving people, yadda yadda... the guy had a machine that could make masks, a la Mission: Impossible.... can't for the life of me find any information about it though...

It was called Human Target, I think. Pretty decent show, but I think it only lasted one year or less.

  7. Hey, Super Force had its charms. One of the few "true" power armours ever seen on TV/movies.

M.A.N.T.I.S. was pure cheeze, but enjoyable cheese.

Tour of Duty rocks so much rocking that it's hard to gauge it's rockingness. Fortunatly, it's a daily show up here, so I can watch most of it over and over again :)

  8. Sorry if I borrow your attention for one moment, but since the HG debates are here, I'd like to ask you guys is HG is planning on release Robotech The Movie on DVD. I know it was taken from Megazone and all, but I hapen to like the spawn as it is.

If this has been discussed already, I'm sorry. I'm not reading the gazillion posts whatsoever.

    Thanks in advance, ppl.    :)

I'd heard that it was even beneath Carl Macek's standards, and that he has actively opposed (as much as he can) a release. Coupled with the fact that 1) HG/Carloco no longer have the rights to Megazone 23 IIRC, and that 2) the film was a massive flop (it only was screened in Dallas and on a spaceship for a human and two smartass robots :p) I doubt we'll ever see it released.

    Good riddance at that.
